Extender Makes Me Have To Crap LOL

Funny but serious.
I’ve been doing PE for several years at least, hanging in the past gave me about an inch and I called it quits after that. Decided to wear an extender several months ago and the last couple weeks after 2 to 3 hours in the extender I feel like I have to take a crap.. It’s so strange and definitely related to the extender somehow.. I’m wondering if my ligs are stretched out and I’m somehow getting pull on the actual “root” of penis now? I have no idea..

Has anyone else experienced this or have an explanation?

I can’t speak for the extender, but I am the same way with hanging. It seems like every morning, after I get all strapped into my gear, I have to shit 15 minutes into the session. I just assumed it was my body being on a routine, but maybe it has something to do with PE.

Yea man there is absolutely some connection. I’m wearing the extender right now and nearing my second hour.. I already used the restroom and emptied out for the day but I have the feeling like it’s time again. So strange.

Seems like a pelvic floor problem.

Probably is what’s going on.

I experience the same thing. One of the things I’ve found is that having an empty poop-shoot makes my stretching more effective.

It’s well documented that internal rectal pressure stimulates cremasteric contraction and that’s connected to dartos fascia contraction.
I think there’s a feedback loop between stretch receptors in the wiener and the parasympathetic pathways associated with bowel movement.
Tugging wakes your colon up, and pooping makes it easier to tug. That’s my experience, at least.
