Generally speaking the extenders do work and you can gain about half inch every 1000 hours.
I have one and can confirm this.
The bathmate is a nice tool (I’m thinking about getting one) but reading the posts in this forum seems that the gains are far from being proven, but you know, everybody is different.
My suggestion is that you start with an extender and then, after completing your first 1000 hours, switch to the bathmate.
While doing this keep jelquing that is the best weapon for PE.
