Extender questions

Ive had an SG extender for years now, never used it. Just tried it every now and then, etc.

I just put it on, trying it again. But, should it squish the head of my penis?
I mean, its not painful or anything but when I set it up so it actually pulls a bit, it gets right behind the head.

I don’t know if it could cause problems or like ”deform” my gland or something.

Thoughts?

Nah, I’ve been squishing my glans with an extender for a couple of years now with no deformation.

Do you do more than use an extender?

10 months so far without any problem.

I keep doing the newbie routine.
Since I started hanging (less than 2 months ago) I took the stratching out of it.
I gained about 0.6 inches in lenght, probably the best gain is in girth (it’s actually 5.18) but I can’t be more precise because I didn’t mesure before starting PE.
