Extender stretches skin below base

I had a small scab near the base of my penis, and I noticed that this scab moved to about halfway on my stretched penis. This made me realize that my extender was stretching the skin from below the base of the penis more than it was stretching the normal penis skin.

I normally pull a little skin up from below the base of the extender before I reach the full stretch, because it seems that the base hurts too much otherwise. I have the LeLuv slider extender in the wide size.

Is that normal?

I don’t know how normal it is, but it sounds like it might keep your balls from migrating up your shaft as you make gains.
