Extender + V Stretching

I have been targeting my septum by V-Stretching while I am in the traction extender. I perform the regular V-Stretch pushing from the top. The Inverted V-Stretch pushing from the bottom upwards. I also perform the V-Stretch to each side of my penis.

I feel the “steel cord” and I feel the tension being relived from it. The amount of spring loaded tension decreases rather quickly when I perform these stretches, alternating with a heating pad and in the presences of an IR lamp. This is great as it would take a very long time for my penis to extend from the spring loaded tension to the point where the tension has decreased significantly and I have to further extend the rods to increase tension again for a further stretch.

I have been water/air pumping after this extending and have seen a big jump in the amount of expansion in n the tube. I also do other manual stretches and Aided V stretches before using my extender but not last night. I am only spending 20-45 mins in the extender. It was also after a mini 1+ week decon but I was able to pump nearly 1/2” longer.

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

Yo I know what you mean, I have experienced exactly that feeling, pushing on your dick while extended and feeling that cord. I will advice you to be careful however as intense exercises and long pe times don’t mix well.

Agreed. I have cut down on the length of my PE sessions and I do not get aggressive with force.
I try to be gentle and gradually build up intensity.
