Spring loaded extender: are you supposed to extend the device to the length of your stretched penis then lock it in and the spring is so if you bend over or move so can the penis or or you to hold the springs down put in the penis and let the springs force do the stretching. I just wanna know how they work and read other peoples experiences before I pull the trigger and buy one, Its sad how little info there is on the subject on the web and can you even believe most of the sites? Lol Also what makes me think that a extender works besides people her saying it does is, some people put those spacers in their ears, on like the “Penis is like a muscle, it grows when worked out ” theory as the penis is not a muscle. Neither is the ear lobe but those spacers over time do stretch the ear and must make new cells or something in the ear right from stretching, the penis must be similar.

I use my extender frequently. I stretch it to my max and leave it on for up to 90mins.


Current: 7.5 BPEL, 6 BEG, 5.5 MSEG, 5 NBPFL, 5 FG, 8.25 BPFSL

I use the X4. I have logged 950 hours in it. I have gained 0.50” in length, no girth gains.

I compress the extender and hold it compressed between my pelvic base and palm of my hand. I then begin to strap into the plastic strap. It’s a dance that you ultimately get good at.

Once strapped in I then release my hand and allow the springs to rebound, this extends the extender.

I then manually unscrew the extender rods from the base until they back out, I then back them in a quarter turn. Next I begin to increase the tension using the tensioning adjustment system, I go to full tension.

I will wear in this setting between 250 hours to 500 hours (maybe more) until the tension begins to feel light, which indicates my cock is ready for additional tension.

Once the tension in the current set up, in max extension, is providing little to no increased tension I can now add 0.50” extender lengthening rods.

I wear 4-5 times a week, for 3-4 hours a day. 30-60 minutes intervals before taking/requiring a 10 minute break.

An indicator that you are ready to move up is that less compression on the strap below the gland is required to stay in the extender. This is opposite of when you first strap in to a new length set up, which requires more strap compression to stay in and typically more breaks to let our buddy breath.

The ear stretching is a little more straight forward than cock stretching. Ear stretching is applied to a uniform tissue, no mechanical components. Stretching the penis is requiring the uniform increase in a complex and varying set of tissues that also work together mechanically to provide a very important function for us. Multiple functions that is. So while there are some similarities, the process is quite a bit slower and challenging. Also we have to take it slow because risk of injury is quite real.

Right now I am just experimenting with the Angion Method, but after that I will go back to the extender. That is unless my cock miraculously grows from twiddling my thumbs over it for 90 days, which I’m fairly skeptical that it will.

My cock is bigger because of the extender, but it takes significant hours to make gains. For me it has been worth it.

I didn’t buy an extender but tied a noose around the head and used some Plastic rods to maintain the tension at around 600 gr. I experienced almost exactly what the studies showed, it’s not about the stretch. If it were about the stretch you would probably see an increment with higher tensions which you don’t. Actually stretching too hard could cause a rebound effect from my experience. Read the studies trust that evidence first and then go with anecdotal evidence second from this site. So my advice is buy an extender.

Tips don’t worry about how far the stretch goes worry about the time and just stay in 600 gr.

Do the IPR method

If you had gains plateaued and are trying extenders as the next thing take 3 months off before you start.

The thing that makes it impossible to just stretch out your penis as long as you want is the tunica and the ligament it is attached to. The tunica and the ligament are somewhat similar in terms of connective tissue. They consist of mostly collagen (usually around 90%) and some elastin. Research have proved that tendons can be lengthened, and tendons have pretty much the same connective tissue as the tunica and the suspensory ligament of the penis, ergo: the penis can be lengthened.

The anatomy of the penis is usually misunderstood. When a penis gets bigger it is due to either A: better EQ or B: an increase in the size of the tunica/ligament. Within your tunica you find the corpus cavernosum. This thing is pretty much the same as a sponge in my understanding. When you squeeze a sponge and put it in water, the sponge will absorb the water and increase in size. So there is no need for this to increase in size. As long as you can stretch your tunica in length (possible with traction) and girth (probably possible by clamping/jelqing), your tunica will be able to hold more blood, ergo: dong expanded.

Thanks for this Miguel. I’ve just done a 5 week set of extending using the Penimaster, around 7-8 hrs/day for 5-6 days a week, and now that I’ve finished for now I’ve been wondering about exactly what you mentioned here: whether tension was too high and about IPR or not.

First about the tension…The first 2-3 weeks were incredible - was feeling girthy/weighty afterwards and also in the morning, lots of double takes in the mirror, really feeling hung, and had some really interesting boost in girth and EQ was great. Weeks 4 and 5 though weren’t the same - I don’t know if it was just the penis getting used to it all, or if I was overdoing it a bit (maybe the rebound you talk of)…. I’m thinking perhaps the latter. I’d kept the tension around the max on the device, which apparently is around 1.1 kg, but maybe if doing that number of hours it’s just too much - like you say, it’s about time in traction not stretch force. I’d also added some Angion 2.0 and low pressure pumping a few times a week - I get the feeling the Angion really helped boost the girth initially when EQ was good, but later on it wasn’t so easy to do - perhaps the penis felt tired a bit from the stretch, or it could be the pumping wasn’t helping…. not sure really. But I think next time I’ll ease off on the force a bit, and maybe I’ll ditch pumping too. Not sure if you have any thoughts from what I describe.

About IPR, now that I’ve finished my 5 week window, I can’t realistically get significant hours in during the coming 2 months so I’ve scheduled a 14-week window from mid-September. Kind of felt that would be more sensible in an IPR style approach - but I contacted Penimaster and their take on it is to have a continual approach where you don’t take more than 2 days off. So question for you about IPR is what your experience was with that - how much time did you take off, and did you notice it helped compared to a continual run?
