Extenders and fat pad-pubic area

I have recently acquired the renowned Penimaster Pro extender and still have an important question: What measurements should I set on the extender for maximum efficiency, being a person with overweight, especially in the pubic area. To provide context, my BPEL is 16-16.5 cm or 6.2-6.5 inches, and my NBPEL is 13.5-14 cm or 5.3-5.5 inches. This means I have about 4 cm of fat in the pubic area, which can increase up to 6 cm when sitting or in certain positions.

I understand that the extender needs to be adjusted to the exact measurement of the penis in maximum erection length for its effectiveness and efficiency, but how I do this considering the pressure from the part of the extender that presses against the fat pad? As you know, fat is not a concrete wall, and the more pressure applied, the more the device could sink in, which could reduce its effectiveness. And what length I should put? The NBPEL cause the devise pression may stops till skin and some centimeter more? A mix between BPEL and NBPEL for the same reason?

I would appreciate your help with explanations and experiences, especially from men who are overweight and have achieved gains with penis extenders.
