My base girth is increase by an “extra CC” underneath the belly of my penis. It stops about halfway up my shaft so it is responsible for a lot of my base girth. I was wondering what this part is called and if it is supposed to extent all the way or not.

So that’s what it is, thanks. Makes sense now. Yeah, the girth of it just seems to disappear about 1/2 of the way up my shaft, for some reason. It is really responsible for the extra 1/2 inch from my base up to about 1/2 way up my shaft. It definitely forms a chunky part of the overall organ.
