I was going to keep my mouth shut about that part but you are right lol the world’s top natural bodybuilders at around 6’1 or close to that maxed out around 214lbs at a true 10% bodyfat and we are talking about the genetic limit here. It seems like mostly muscle until you start cutting and reality start to set in after that first 20lb loss and you still can’t see your abs unflexed. I could see my abs flexed and I still had over 20lbs to lose to get near lean. I’m still not there probably 10lbs more though. I still have about a .93 fat pad but I can also see a slight outline of my unflexed abs. 8mm can be pinched on my belly measured by my calipers.
