Is there such thing as good fatigue on our unit? Did 4 sets of 30 seconds manual stretching and 10 minutes of 3 second jelqs and my unit feels a little sore. Could this be a good thing?

From what I’ve read from the vets on here, yes, soreness is (mostly) a good sign. Take a gander at the PI’s (physiological indicators - search in forums) to properly gauge the state and health of your buddy during your PE journey.

I can tell you I personally had my most rigorous day yesterday and I am noticeably sorer today than I’ve ever been.

While I don’t recommend you trying to push it there, it’s healthy to know your limitation’s. It can provide a barometer when/if you’re pushing it too far. That being said, almost nothing happens if you don’t ‘push it’. I think of powerlifters regularly maxing out to determine their thresholds and marathon runners pushing themselves to the point of exhaustion to measure their progress.

I think fatigue and soreness are the natural result of a strong and proper routine for any physical betterment.

That being said, listen to the guy and pay attention to what he tells you. GL on your journey.

Sore, at the base or nearby abdomen, shows you’ve been stretching the ligaments some. No problem.

Your shaft shouldn’t be sore after stretching or jelquing. If you feel a sort of burning sensation on the skin, it could be that your lube isn’t slippery enough, but you shouldn’t feel anything in the core. Or if you’re forcing too much pressure into the glans, it might get a bit sore, but you’d probably see petechiae (spots) at that point.
