Few Qs After First Session
Hello (and Happy New Year)!
So I tried my first basic routine last night - various jelqs and stretches and tried some compression too and I really think PE could be for me. Kinda relaxing, and if the gains come, I’m onto a winner!
I intend to do more reading about all the different exercises but have a couple of questions that I didn’t come across in beginner guides I read (apologies if I’ve missed an obvious answer somewhere).
First of all, pretty much everything was giving me a full erection. Is this just because I’m a newbie and it will take my penis some time to ‘realise’ that I’m not trying to masturbate every time I’m touching it? Any tips to avoid/control getting hard or is that just down to me mostly?
Today I wasn’t aching noticeably but when I touched my penis it felt a bit tender, a bit like poking a muscle the day after a not-particularly-crazy workout. Is that a decent level of pressure to put on it to start with?
Also, a lot of PE appears to focus on length with only a few exercises for girth. Girth is my primary interest really. Gonna do more reading of course, but does any one have any suggestions for someone starting out mostly keen on girth expansion?
