Actually my first was 8 days ago, but it was a huge failure and ended up being a masturbation session. I didn’t read up nearly as much as I should have. Tonight however I was prepared to do this..

Firstly, a few stats:

Current measurements are

BPEL: 6
EG: 4 :(

My short term goal, which I hope to accomplish in 6 months, right before my girlfriend returns from college is:

BPEL: 7
EG: 5

Has anyone achieved similar results in that time frame? And my long term goal is the perhaps cliche:

BPEL: 8
EG: 6

Okay, as for tonight. I started off by soaking my penis in a cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Followed that up with manual stretches, a set of eight 30 second holds, to the left, right, down, up, left, right, down and up. Then I did some wet jelqing. This is where my first question comes from: “Is it normal to not be able to maintain an erection when doing wet jelqs?” I think I lost an erection three times while doing the wet jelqs. I was watching porn while doing it to help me out, but every time I would begin the wet jelqs, about 20 jelqs or so into it my erection would die down a bit. It wasn’t completely flaccid, but it was noticeably softer than a normal erection. Should I be concerned? It was still erect enough to do the jelqs, but I have a hard time gauging 40-50% erect. Also, as a side note, my flaccid girth did feel a bit larger as I was wet jelqing. When it softened up the first time I stopped to measure and it was 4”, the same size as my erection girth.

I followed the wet jelqs up with another 5 minute soak, followed by six more 30 second sets of manual stretches to the left, right, down, left right, down, followed by 50 5 second kegels. I didn’t hang fuller afterward as I see a lot of people claiming, it was still small as it’s always been. My penis does feel “exercised” though, and I suppose that’s a good thing.

Is this a good workout routine? I copied it from 67mustang (his starting stats are pretty close to mine) and added the kegels in at the end. The only real gains I saw was the possible gain while wet jelqing. I’m still optimistic though and the thought of my girlfriends elation is what keeps me going. Round 2 will be tomorrow night after work. Questions, comments, suggestions are all appreciated..

Sounds like you’re doing everything right for a newbie. Keep this up for 1-2 months before you decide to add more time/exercises to your routine, and don’t do anything too advanced for several months. Don’t look for or expect any gains right away. It is important to understand this. PE takes tons of patience and perseverance. But it WILL work. I am starting to notice real gains too, but you really have to be diligent. As far as being unable to maintain an erection, I also had trouble with this at first. It is something them will become easier just with experience. The porn should also help out. Good luck and feel free to always ask questions. And make the search button your new best friend.

You have to be 40-60% erect for wet jelqs if you’re still a newbie. When the erection level is dropping kegel in more blood before every stroke. You could use the second set of stretches for downward stretching. That targets the ligs which often gives the fastest results.

Welcome Mark. You and I have similar starting measurements and goals. With a lot of patience and effort these goals are definitely attainable. I also sometimes have problems keeping the semi-erection intact while jelqing, but a little porn usually does the trick.. Oh yeah, and I usually get the kegels out of the way by doing them during my manual stretching and/or jelqing. Anyway good luck and stick with it!

I’ll definitely stick with this routine for a few months. These posts about people seeing gains in a week or so are inspiring, but I won’t EXPECT to see any gains for awhile. I have a question though:

At the end of the workout, is the penis supposed to just return to it’s normal small flaccid size right? I can’t tell for certain that the penis is fuller after wet jelqing (I THINK it is, I’m not certain though) but after I finish off with the second soak and more stretching it immediately goes back to it’s small flaccid size. Normal?

Side note: Even during sex I sometimes had a trouble maintaining an erection. I am convinced that it has something to do with my girth, but this is just a guess on my part.

Thanks for the tip on stretching. I’ll definitely incorporate that into my stretching routine. Another question though:

How do you gauge percentage of erection?
