Greetings everyone..
So after reading a lot of the posts on here I have decided to increase what I have.. I’m just under 7” erect, I’m not splitting hairs on 16ths, 8ths etc lol..
Girth at base is right at 6”..

My goal for now is 8”.. I’d also like to eventually get my base girth the same all the way up the shaft.. I purchased a pump off amazon to incorporate into my routine as well.. I’m going to go by the newb routine but after warm up and manual stretch , do 10 min of pumping at around 3-5, then jelq..

That is not a very good pump, but it is good enough to find out if you like pumping enough to buy a more professional set-up with a separate hand pump with a gauge and cylinder with a quick disconnect. Like this:

So,,, after a hot 5 minute shower I proceeded to do a really good manual stretch.. After that I did a 5 minute hot wrap with a cloth.. I then used the pump I bought for 10 minutes on 5.. It was pretty interesting to say the least.. My length did not go up any but my girth was noticeably more while in the pump..

When I released it went immediately went flaccid but was fuller than normal.. I preceded to lube up and jelq downward for a little over 10 minutes.. All I can say is I’m hooked fellas!! Looking in the mirror I was pretty impressed.

OK. But remember, you’re going for the long game here. These immediate short-term results can be deceptive. Just hang in there, be consistent, and stay safe.

Yes I know this is a work in progress.. I’m 46 and have been into fitness and working out since my mid 20s.. Through diet and hard work I’m 5ft 9, 185lbs with a 32 inch waist still.. I appreciate the advice, I figure I just need to stay dedicated and patient .. I believe because of my discipline in fitness, it will carry over into PE.. I’m going to have my second work out later this evening.

Thought I might add,,, I did notice while in the tube although I was at what my normal erect length is,,, I was not rock hard.. I moved the pump side to side a bit and member was like limber.. Is this normal?
