So I’m officially experiencing my first concerning injury, wanted to see if anyone has a similar experience or can give some encouraging words at least.

How it happened
I had been getting a bad PI for about three weeks, but I didn’t know that it was a bad PI. Basically, I get the donut and a hard lymph vein that would massage out after my workouts. It was alarming at first, but after reading a few posts here it seemed relatively normal and didn’t concern me much because the problem would massage out every time easily. Then, about 3 days ago, I did a jelq and clamp session, had the donut and hard vein, but this time it didn’t massage out. No problem, I thought, I’ll just wait it out and rest - I read again about this and realized only then that it had been a negative PI all this time. Well, three days later and it’s still there, but I’m also experiencing turtling, occasional hard flaccid, and no erections. This is the part that really concerns me( no erections). I’ll wait about a week before I see a doctor if my erections don’t improve naturally, or at least start seeing night or morning wood.

I’ve read a few different things, and the advice appears to be to leave it alone and let it heal etc etc. So that’s what I’m doing, but I’m still pretty worried.

Anyone experience something like this? I’m going to continue on not touching it and letting myself heal.

I should also note there was NO pain or discomfort during my session, no tingling, etc. The lymph vein is slightly tender near the base, and that’s it. So, I’m really hoping this information is a good indication that it’s a very minor injury and I’ll be back to normal in no time. Please give me your thoughts, thanks boys!

Before I get yelled at, I accept full responsibility for this. I should’ve recognized that these swollen lymph veins were bad, but somehow through all of my reading I didn’t see that information.

Quick update

Last night I had very weak night wood. So I think that’s a positive sign. Will just keep resting and hoping for the best.

So, it’s come to my attention that not only has this post not been moved, but I’ve also been left hanging by the community and I’m only talking to myself. However, I’ll continue this to hopefully help out anyone struggling with injury in the future similar to what I am experiencing.

So I’ve just got my first spontaneous erection in 5 days. This is good news, even though the erection was about 90% only and soft head. I stood up, walked about, it maintained, and I was so happy I called my girlfriend (who has been NOTHING but supportive of me, even when discussing possible worst case scenarios) to tell her the news.
Standing by my convictions and the opinions of many vets that I read on similar injury posts, I will not force anything so early or try for masturbation, sex, or PE just yet.

To those suffering from psychological ED, I IMPLORE you to relax and fill your time with activities to take your mind off of it. Psychological ED is a thing, and the more you relax, breathe, and focus on recovery, the better you will be. My injury started out as a inflamed lymph vessel, and I believe that most of my ED was psychological. My next course of action, as discussed with my girlfriend, is to pleasure her and ensure her happiness first, and continue to let myself heal until I’m ready to come back.

In the mean time, I will take this moment to officially retire from the PE community. I will continue to monitor this thread in case anyone finds themselves in a similar predicament and needs someone to simply talk to.

Make no mistake - PE does work, but the risk/reward ratio isn’t favorable enough for me to continue my journey. You CAN get hurt, and WILL do permanent damage if you’re not careful. I was very careful and methodical, putting a lot of research and time into my workouts, and I still managed to put myself in one of the worst situations I’ve encountered - facing the fear of losing my natural erection. Please, consider the risk/reward ratio and do so much research before you attempt these work outs!

It sounds like you’re on the right track. Take a few months off. In the meantime keep sex very gentle. I know it’s tough to go without. Like you said rest and keep your mind busy.

Yea, was just a frightening occurrence. Frightening enough to turn me away from my goals and just be happy with what I have. Still battling with this thrombosed vessel, so I’ll lay off of it like you said probably for at least a month or so and see how it responds.

Almost found myself in one of those never ending psychological ED loops though. Glad I didn’t let it suck me down.
