First Month Routine
Okay, so, this is just an overview of what I’m looking at for the first Month of this, while slowly working my way up.
3 Days
15 minutes of stretching, 3 minutes in each direction.
10 minutes of jelqing.
(I do this once in the morning and once at night, after getting off work.)
2 hours of hanging with 2 lbs weights.
6 hours of extending with 2lbs weights.
I take a day off in-between each three days, so I can allow myself to heal.
I’m going for that amount of time, because of some of my research, that actually led me here. Apparently the average gained in the study by 6 hours of extending was .9 inches over a span of six months.
I don’t know if this will be too much, but I’m hoping to keep at it, in addition to my workout routine, seeing as I’m trying to build myself up to 100lbs per arm. I’m considering adding a pound over time, per month for stretching and hanging.
