First PE session done
So I just finished my first PE session and it didn’t hurt or anything - I used the Newbie Routine. Well, my left ball for some reason complains sometimes when I masturbate but I think this is not due to PE, it was there before. Although I did do PE like 2 weeks ago on a really erect penis (which I know is a big mistake), that PE session from 2 weeks ago didn’t feel correct.
But anyway, I started with warming up for 5 minutes and then did manual stretches for 5 minutes. The thing is, I could not get my penis from flaccid to anywhere. It was pretty much flaccid, so I did the stretches that way. Then I wet jelqed for 10 minutes but it was really difficult for me to control the erection level. I did not masturbate or anything but still, it was hard for me to maintain a steady “low erection” (like 40-60%) so that I sometimes would jelq at maybe 80-90%?! I am really not sure. I think I need to really jelq further than before the glans, so actually jelqing further until there’s nothing to hold with an OK-grip anymore and then start doing the same stroke again. Is that better? I find that that way my erection would decrease (which is good for PE).
Also keep in mind that I have some overweight and I am currently working on losing it. I hope that will also help me see more cm.
