First Post, 4-Year Vet Seeking Advice

PE History:

Starting length: 5.5” BPEL (Mid ‘06)
Current length: 7.6” BPEL / 8.6” BPFSL

Mid ‘06 - Mid ‘09 During this time the FastSize extender is pretty much the only thing I used. I bought a jelq device after about 2 years, but rarely used it and don’t attribute any gains to it. I gained a little more than 1 inch during these 3 years, which doesn’t seem like much, but I was usually only using the extender once a week for 45min - 1 hour. This was an extreme, max tension stretch where I couldn’t stretch any further, and would shoot for 1 hour, but occasionally stopped early due to intensity. I also took 3 separate 1-month breaks during this time, not intentionally, but because of mid Dec. To mid Jan. Vacations. After these month-long layoffs, I wouldn’t be able to stretch as far as before and would have to take bars off. It seems odd to me now that I went for 3 years only training once or occasionally twice a week.

In mid 2009 I started to take PE seriously and began training on a daily basis. I bought a Bib Hanger, then a Bib Hardcore a month or two later, moved up fast in weight, but didn’t notice much of a change. I then started a manual stretch & jelq routine that lasted 6 weeks. I gained fast at first (.25-.5”) in the first few weeks, but nothing for the last couple weeks. I tried the LengthMaster for a couple months, but the way it’s designed creates a lot of pressure in the glands no matter how you wrap.

Mid Jan. 2010 - I started only hanging for the next 9-10 weeks. I increased the number of sets, then the amount of weight (all BTC) the way Bib suggested. The first week or two I used the LengthMaster hanging attachment because you don’t get the twisting problems like the Bib, but it placed pressure on the nerves behind the glans, and I lost about 95% of the feeling in the glans for a few days. I switched to Bib Hardcore for the rest of the time, but stopped after the 9-10 weeks because I didn’t gain anything, and Bib’s only advice was to try to move the weight while hanging.

Late March 2010 - I decided to try the FastSize again, but this time was using it every day for 2-3 hours. A few months later a got a BathMate Hercules and began using it daily, but it was often times very painful for me. It caused a nausea-type pain not in the balls, but in the internal plumbing that’s connected to the balls. I would pull down on my sac while getting into BM, but couldn’t avoid the pain. I was also filling the Hercules, so I tried the Goliath, but that was way too big to get a seal, and it would have been painful as well. As for the FastSize, I’m still using it daily at max tension, but have been doing 1 set for 1 hour/day, no off days. When I went for more sets and time, my sets wouldn’t last more than 40-50 mins before I’d have to stop. I’ve also been using Static wraps for the last few months to stay extended throughout the day, and unlike the extender, they can be worn under clothes. I’ve also been doing some occasional clamping, but no exact schedule. Over the last 9 months, I’ve only gained about .25”

Where do I go now?

This is why I’m posting here for the first time. Hanging didn’t really do anything for me and even after months of use I never really got the knack of the Bib Hanger. I have a hard time maintaining my grip for manual stretches, even with gloves & baby powder. I’ve tried putting on the Bib and using it to do manual stretches to avoid grip issues, which works OK, but there’s no way to apply constant, even tension, and you don’t know how much you’re pulling weight-wise.

I could do some girth training because while I don’t think the TCG theory is completely right, my BPFSL is a full inch more than my BPEL, and I have never done a lot of girth training. My problem with the theory is I don’t see how length gains can stop due to underdeveloped smooth muscle. I’ve thought about getting an air pump, but I don’t know if I’ll have the same issue I had with the BathMate. If I knew that I could use an air pump without getting that nausea-like pain, I would definitely use one. It just makes sense to me that I could gain from it with my tunica able to stretch to a length longer than my erect length. Or perhaps a break from PE altogether would be the best thing.

I appreciate anyone weighing in with your opinions and look forward to contributing to the forums.

Have you tried manual stretching with the fastsize ? I mean attaching the support on the penis and pulling it with your hand.

I’ve used the FastSize noose to hang before, but it isn’t safe and it twists. If I used the noose for manual stretches I wouldn’t be able to apply much force at all.

I forgot to mention that over the last couple months I’ve been adding bars to the extender, but haven’t been gaining.

You say you’re not gaining, but are you also tracking BPFSL? That goes for hanging too—did you check to see what kind of BPFSL gains hanging might be giving?

Here’s a summary of my questions for you:
1-BPFSL: are you tracking it?
2-Stamina: what kind of stamina exercises are you doing? Kegels, towel raises, edging, whatever… are you working on any of these?
3-EQ: what’s your EQ?

By the way, I have seen a lot of guys say the fastsize is the best extender (even after trying the penimaster & other extenders). Too bad they went out of business.

In the last 2 months I haven’t gained in BPEL or BPFSL. In the 7 months before that, I gained .25” BPEL & .5” BPFSL. I don’t think I gained while hanging in either.

I’ve done kegels and edging in the past, but I’m not currently doing either. I wish I could jelq or edge without climaxing, but if I don’t I get blue balls. I can go for 2-3 days before the blue ball pain starts, and I haven’t found anything that stops it other than ejaculating. I haven’t thought about trying kegels again but that could be a good idea.

It’s difficult to put a number on EQ, but I would say 7.5, and that’s probably only because I don’t masturbate very often. If I did EQ would be a lot lower.

I didn’t know FastSize went out of business. Their website acts like they’ll be selling extenders again after they get medical clearance.

Simple manual stretching+jelqs?

You have gained 2 inches all together, which is more than atleast 90% of all PE’ers gain in their lifetime’s, that by itself is pretty amazing. Past the 2 inch mark is pretty much uncharted territory in terms of proven methods to put you past it. You yourself know your unit more then anyone, so why don’t you start experimenting with stuff that has worked for you in the past, or even take a decon if you have to, and report your progress back.


Now: NBPEL = 6.4 MSEG = 5.3 BEG = 5.75

Goals: NBPEL = 7.0 MSEG = 6.0

To gain more you may need different new kinds of stresses (instead of just more of the same types of stresses). For example, have you tried hanging with fulcrums… like the RSDT?

Your EQ is 7.5, but you’ve gained 2” in length—really, it sounds like you’ve truly neglected stamina work.

There are those who believe working the soft muscle tissues of the penis (which is in fact 40-50% soft muscle tissue) can actually stimulate growth. If nothing else, stamina work is good for penile health. It’s possible that improving your pelvic floor muscles & blood flow down there will also help you close the gap a bit between BPFSL & BPEL (assuming there is a gap).

I never made a RSDT fulcrum, and mainly only did hanging BTC or SD. I have tried putting a bar across my thighs in a seated position and using it as a fulcrum by hanging over it, but only tried it a couple times.

I want to try air pumping to develop the smooth muscle, but I think I’ll get the same pain I had with the BathMate.

Have you tried adding heat? If so, have you tried adding more and deeper (infrared) heat?

From what I have heard, a rice sock works better than infrared. Some have experimented with constant heat also, but I think its mostly something pumpers do (wrap a heating element around the tube & heat things back up whenever they start to get cold).

It’s a worthwhile consideration probably.

I warm up with a heating pad for 10 mins. Then put on the extender and lay the heating pad on top of it and leave it on for the entire set.

I think there are 2 types of infrared : near-infrared and far-infrared. Which one has a “deeper” effect? The one which is used commercially is far infrared or near infrared?

I haven’t tried a rice sock only a IR lamp. Do you think rice sock should be better at warming ? What could be the reasons for it ? Thanks.
