I have a few things in such as bundled stretches and some squeezes just to get a feel for them. From what I’ve read here at TP, it’s best to go slow, watch your PI, get your rest days and use heat. Understand your privacy issue. If you go 2 on 1 off that gives you 4 session Monday through Friday. That’s about what I average on a given week. More weeks I can sneak and extra session or two. Thanks for the input Coacher! I’m not familiar with bundle stretches so I’ll search them out. I like the V stretches as I’ve read some folks report better girth gains using those. I can tell you the manual squeezes are addictive. It’s like having a great pump after hitting the gym. If only I could keep that size all the time! Slow and steady wins the race and that’s what I need to keep reminding myself. Good luck to you as well.
