Thanks for the input Coacher! I’m not familiar with bundle stretches so I’ll search them out. I like the V stretches as I’ve read some folks report better girth gains using those. I can tell you the manual squeezes are addictive. It’s like having a great pump after hitting the gym. If only I could keep that size all the time! Slow and steady wins the race and that’s what I need to keep reminding myself. Good luck to you as well.

Great question! The only benefit of the pandemic, for me, is I’m working from home with no commute! I have the time at home while everyone else is out of the house.
Once I’m called back to office full time, I’ll need to change things up. My options will be to get up at 4:30am and do it before my workout at 5am or in the evening after I get home from the office.
Much like my morning workouts, I have to make a commitment and then make sacrifices to fit it in. For the longest time in the mornings before logging in, I would do dishes or something else to tidy the house. I now do this after logging out for the day. It cuts into some family time so I’ve put some chores on my oldest.
I don’t have a universal answer as everyone has a different situation but like anything else in life you have to make a commitment and know your reason ‘why’. If I had to explain to my wife, I would simply tell her I’m working on making myself a better, more confident man. I believe that would be sufficient for her, though she may have more questions. I’m prepared to have that conversation because I know my ‘why’.

Newbie Routine And Manual Clamping

Hi Team Thunder!

Just noting recent progress (couldn’t wait until the end of month 3 to measure). I have been very consistent with the newbie routine and have been adding a few manual exercises just to get a feel for them. Between months 2-3 I have added manual clamping throughout my jelq sessions. Added an 1/8 of an inch to girth (been primarily focusing on length and have added over 1/4” to length over the past almost 3 months). Have only been holding it for 60-120 seconds but results are noticeable. Took a few days off and decided to measure this morning after my wife said she could notice a difference during my Monday morning pre work blow job (yes, I’m extremely lucky). Still on the low side with 4.875” girth but gaining ground on being above 5” and toward my first short term girth goal of 5.25”. Just wanted to send some motivation out to the group. Stay consistent, stay motivated and the gains will come!

Good job and congrats on the gains! Just remember it’s easy toget exited and overdo it when you get results… Keep at it!

3 Month Observations From A Newbie

Well, I am officially 3 months into my PE journey. Thank you all for the words of advice, success stories and general positive vibes. This community is great!

So far, gains have been steady. Have grown 0.25” in BPEL and 0.375” in MSEG. I officially consider myself a veteran newbie at this point. Smart enough to know a few things and offer first hand experience but still way too new for direct advice or guidance. I will say to anyone starting or thinking about starting or just lurking here in Thunders, PE is real and it is a game changer. How I never knew about this before is mind blowing. I’ve been married for over 15 years and have never had better sex or felt more confident (not that I lacked confidence but was nice for the wife to notice the increase in girth during my Monday morning blow job).

For advice, I would say to start with the newbie routine as preached here on the forum. Don’t get fancy, especially in the beginning. I have been trying a few manual exercises here and there (currently added manual clamping into my jelq sessions for 60-120sec). The real key is consistency, find what works for you and be consistent. This is a marathon and not a sprint. I have been fortunate enough to have seen gains in a short period of time and that has been a huge motivator. Also, read the forums and use the search function. It’s not google but if you dig deep, you’ll find what you’re looking for (and most likely learn something you didn’t even plan on learning). Lastly, check the PE Cream link on the homepage. I just found it in month 3 and there is a ton of great info especially for beginners.

Contrats on your gains so far. What made you want to start clamping? It’s my understanding that it is more of an advanced exercise and less proven for gains apart from pumped up fluid retention. I tried clamping for about a year a long time ago and just got bad discolouration and no gains, but maybe that was just me since we are all respond a little different PE wise.

Hi Rich. Thanks! I’ve dabbled with a couple of different manual exercises (various stretches, squeezes, etc). Clamping from what I’ve read throughout the different forums is one of the best exercises for girth (currently at 4.875” MSEG and would like to be at or above 5”) and preferred by many over pumping. I’m using my own hand instead of an actual clamp and only going for max of 2 minutes. I started at 60 seconds and have added 30 seconds onto each “clamp” every week. Seemed like the “typical” clamping routine is 10 min but that seems a bit much for me only being at this for 3 months. I’ll probably keep adding 30 seconds each week as long as it still feels good. I will say that I’m a fan thus far. Added another 1/8” MSEG since I’ve been doing the manual clamping the past few weeks. Wife has noticed the increase in girth recently as well, so that’s a bonus. I immediately hit the unit with some fire goat rolls for the discoloration and at only 2 minutes, it doesn’t get too discolored and returns to its normal state pretty quickly. I also incorporate it into my jelq sessions so fresh blood is getting in there immediately after. Jelq for about 5 minutes, hit a clamp for 1-2 min and repeat for 20-30 min total or as time allows. That’s crazy that you didn’t see any gains after a year of clamping but as you said, we are all different. What’s your current routine? How are your gains?

Continue jelqing because that works really well for many people. Not too sure about pumping, never bought into it so never tried that. If you are gaining from manual clamping then continue that.

I have recently started PE again after a few years and just started vac hanging.

Manual stretching, jelqing and edging are the main components of my PE. I tried out a few other things throughout just to see how they feel but taking it very slowly and cautiously. My wife is happy with my current size and we have a great sexual relationship after over 15 years. If I break my dick doing PE I’m going to be in hot water. Not to go into this too much but I’m sure you’re very talented at many things. Don’t sell yourself short. Happy to hear you’re gaining at a pretty good rate and hopefully that will help boost that confidence but I’m sure you’re more than adequate sized and talented for most women. If I was you, I wouldn’t wait for that 8x6, use what you’ve got while you’ve got it. I’m averaged sized at best and never had any complaints (as mentioned above, the wife really doesn’t want me any bigger). Good luck with the gains and get out there and find a Gilf.

That’s rough. Sorry to hear about your injury. That’s one of my biggest fears with PE. How do you like hanging? I’m at 20 minutes of manual stretching at this point and haven’t even entertained hanging now or in the future. Just curious as to your personal experience. Obviously plenty of guys do it and it seems to work but not sure if it’s for me at any point during this journey.
