I just wanted to say a quick hello and thanks for all the information and hard work from those behind the scenes.
My quick history is of sport pumping for the last 10 years, some irregular hand jelquing, T-Tape tugging/weight hanging. I now find myself with the time to pursue it faithfully and have set a schedule.
Session Plan:
5-10 minute warmup with heat pad
Fast Packing of penis by wet pumping in a 2” cylinder
Rest 5 minutes
Repeat Fast Pack
Rest 5 minutes
Wet Hand Jelq 500 strokes
Before sessions if time permits, an hour of so of weighted T-Tape on shaft and my foreskin nub. I can’t repeat this as often as the main routine because the tugging breaks down the tissue rapidly and I have to allow for it to regenerate just slightly longer and more resilient. During the healing period I keep it treated with Vitamin E oil and Vitamine A & D ointment (used to promote recovery from diaper rash). Optistically I hope to gain more than aninch in length, and inch in girth.
