I just wanted to say a quick hello and thanks for all the information and hard work from those behind the scenes.

My quick history is of sport pumping for the last 10 years, some irregular hand jelquing, T-Tape tugging/weight hanging. I now find myself with the time to pursue it faithfully and have set a schedule.

Session Plan:
5-10 minute warmup with heat pad
Fast Packing of penis by wet pumping in a 2” cylinder
Rest 5 minutes
Repeat Fast Pack
Rest 5 minutes
Wet Hand Jelq 500 strokes

Before sessions if time permits, an hour of so of weighted T-Tape on shaft and my foreskin nub. I can’t repeat this as often as the main routine because the tugging breaks down the tissue rapidly and I have to allow for it to regenerate just slightly longer and more resilient. During the healing period I keep it treated with Vitamin E oil and Vitamine A & D ointment (used to promote recovery from diaper rash). Optistically I hope to gain more than aninch in length, and inch in girth.

Welcome to thunders place, we’re glad to have you. Since you’ve had some type of PE training before hand, that seems like a good plan to follow. Happy PE’ing to you!

P.s. What type of gains have you seen from the last 10 years using that method of sport pumping. What are your starting (before pe) and your current measurements?

I’ve found that the cylinder packing moves more blood and lymphatic fluid into the shaft so it makes the jelquing more productive without producing an erection. I don’t become fully erect during or immediately after pumping, just pleasantly full, so there is plenty of fluid to compress up into the shaft for stretching. As to the T-Taping, I use it for foreskin stretching and shaft skin loosening. The attachment is a plumbing grade brass drain tailpiece several inches long that is just wide enough to accept my glans. I insert my glans , pull the remnants of foreskin up onto the metal and tape it off with sesnsitive skin medical tape. Weight can be added to the other end of the tailpiece. I get steady “skin” stretching and loosening of the shaft skin and some ligament involvement as the assembly swings when I walk around. I intend to rig up an anchor ring to pin the skin at the base of the shaft to stretch the assembly against. This should improve shaft skin stretching and ligament stretching.

Thanks for sharing your stats before and now. I was always curious as to what T-taping involved. Now I understand the principle behind it and the ability to suspend weights for added stretch. I learn something new every day from this forum.
