Hello everyone !! I am doing PE for 8 months and I have some gains but not much I want advice I read several posts here and I always try to be safe . Now I want some advise and someone tell me if I m doing right. My current routine is 5 min warm up - 15 min stretching - 10 min Mr o bend - 10 mins Jelqing- (sometimes warm down because I think it’s better to let my penis relax alone and with its time) am I doing good ? I don’t want to hang or clamp because I am afraid
Stats Then BPEL 17,5 MSEG 12.5
Now BPEL 18 MSEG 13 and BEG 14
