I am a new member to Thundersplace but have used the site for quite a while. I did some haphazard PE for a while a few years back and did gain some size but am really focused on doing things right this time around.
I have been doing 5 days on 2 days off for the last 7 weeks. I have been doing manual stretches and jelqs, increasing the time of each as I progress. Currently I stretch for about 15-20 minutes and jelq for 10-15 minutes for my main session. I also will do some shorter stretching session as I have time because I am currently focused on length. I also was a 3/4 inch cable clamp as an all day hang devise for anywhere from 4-8 hours a day. It weighs roughly a pound.
When I was doing PE years ago I ended with a length of 6.5 inch BPEL and a girth of 5.5 inch Meg. I just measured for the first time this week an and at 6.75 info BPEL. I have only measured meg after a workout, but it was 5.75.
I just wanted to post this up to make sure I am not overdoing anything at the moment because I can get a bit obsessed with things and try to go to hard to fast. Also hope to continue to contribute to the forum.
