Are doing kegels with a flaccid penis any good?

Do they produce any results and if so are they as good as erect kegels?

Kegels work the muscles, not the penis, so I doubt erection level makes any difference at all.

Alright thanks. Lately I’ve been doing lots of reverse kegels, but no normal kegels at all. Do you think doing kegels reverse the hard flaccid that I suffer from?

I think normal kegels contract muscle(s) that are used to keep an erection, which might improve your EQ.

Why do you “suffer” from a hard flaccid? Does it not soften up during rest days, or does it hinder your exercises in some way?
I doubt kegels will do any difference to a swollen flaccid if it is from your routine, rest is probably your best option there. A slightly fuller flaccid is a positive sign, but from the way you put it I don’t think that is the case here.

I don’t think RKs alone will fix it.

I know what worked for me though.

Quit porn, working out, kegels and RKs, staying hydrated.

If you gently play with it will it soften up? If so do that every time you piss.

I’m pretty sure porn/masterbation was my main issue.

If you don’t want to workout you still should do squats.

Most say reverse kegels cure the hard flaccid. There are threads on it here. Search “hard flaccid” or “reverse kegels” or just “kegels” and you’ll see much more on the topic.

I think it’s from an injury that I’ve had. I’m not suffering from it as much as I used to, but was wondering if doing reverse kegels without kegels could contribute to this problem.

I’ve read that your balls should lift up when doing kegels. When I do them whatsoever, I don’t see any movement in my balls.

I’m not really concerned about this but still wondering if it is any bad?
