Kegeling doesn’t really cause a premature ejaculation problem with me. Actually I tried kegeling while stretching this morning and the only ‘problem’ with it is kegeling forces some blood into my penis and gives me a semi, so I need to stop for a few minutes during my stretch routine. Not really a big deal.
West - The idea of kegeling while stretching is to make the stretch more effective at lengthening your penis. So, no you don’t need to do it, and yes it is for those who are working on length. However I don’t think doing it or not doing it will effect girth gains at all since it is a stretch and not a jelg.
Also my other question. Any need to do more reps when jelging for length or will keeping the number I do the same be sufficient?
