Hello guys I’m just starting the Linear newbie routine. Id like to know if there are some food supplements ( like arginine, creatine ) that can be taken with training for best gains ! Ty for every answer boys ! Lets get it

Hello jimmy and thank you for your answer ! I already do An healdy diet every day becouse I am a a fitness addicted and I practice gym. I just wanted to know if there were some summplemets that can help too !

The supplements are most likely the same as you are already taking for your gym routine, Arginine, protein, creatine, etc.
You want your body to recover quickly and these help ensure that.
Are they required? No they aren’t but since you are already in the gym these go hand and hand with your PE routine.

Practice Intermittent Fasting with a 16:8 - This will spur natural HGH production up to 5x normal basline which will put the body in better state of fat loss and tissue repair & maintenance.

EVEN THOUGH YOU’RE FASTING HIT YOUR MARCROS!!! Within those 8 hours of feeding.

I had been lazy and fell off my nutrition for 8months had NO gains (Protein way down carbs way up) and I had almost NO gains. I had essentially plateaued.
Last month I got back into IF & hitting my protein (the important one) and other macros and my girth skyrocketed from 5.325 to 5.75 over the past month. I attribute it to nutrition and having the proper amount of protein to rebuild the tissues I had and am continuously deforming. I am now as strong of an advocate for proper protein supplementation with PE as with bodybuilding after this last month experience. And extra HGH helps with other factor too not just tissue repair. That is amazing. Where you losing fat at the same time?

I agree with Deepwrath31 about Intermittent Fasting (we should be fasting 8 hrs every night anyways while asleep) and just having a balanced diet and crap ton of water. Out of all the macros, high quality protein and fats (fish oil, olive oil, MCT, etc but NOT coconut oil unless you like clogged arteries) should never be skipped. Get most of your carbs from Leafy green veg, broccoli, fruits.
Sadly, I have probably wasted $1000s on various supplements like BCAAs, glutamine powder, other crazy pills that offer ridiculous claims.

The best supplements that actually did anything are(currently taking):

1.) 8g L-arginine/8g L-citrulline (Together they raise serum levels higher than by themselves) Decreased my blood pressure, and had better erection quality. I never was vascular, but after workouts/2 yrs of taking these, I have some crazy vessels.
2.) At least 100g protein(from fish, chicken, beef, occasional pork) Whey protein for fast protein, and casein that digests slower. (Be careful about over doing this) You can raise serum glucose too high (insulin response and fat storage mode) Portion it out throughout the day.
3.) Caffeine/coffee I realized that 99% of all pre-workouts, thermogenics, energy pills are pretty much relying on caffeine as he primary stimulant. Be careful with green tea (had 6 cups a day), too much blocks iron absorption and made me need IV iron to restore my iron stores and hemoglobin/hematacrit.
4. A good multivitamin high in vitamin C, D, Zinc, Mg, Potassium, Selenium, copper, B1,B6,B12, folic acid, etc. Good quality fish oil/krill oil or eat salmon. I love sushi! 2000mg L-lysine, I stopped getting mouth ulcers and it seems to speed up skin recovery. None of the other supplements did anything for me and I’ve taken stuff for years and wasted $$$. Good supps for general health and PE are multivitamin,omega 3,B-complex,vit C,ZMA,l-arginine.

If you are serious about gym then add protein powder/bcaa´s,creatine and some kind of caffeine source (coffee,pills or pre-work)


Then- 5.7 x 4.7 (bpel x mseg)

Now- 7.1 x 5.1 (beg 5.5) // Goal-> 8 x 5.5+

I have been in the gym for 2 years and I can say for sure that for the training you need to drink a protein shake, after training a whey protein shake, and before sleep casein. This is the most effective way to replenish the protein in your body that your muscles need. As a supplement, I advise you to pay attention to creatine, just 1 scoop per day, it gives the best results. I also add vitamins to my diet, which make up for the lack of elements necessary for good shape. Try this, maybe it will suit you as well as me.

Also, if I only had to take one supplement, I would stick with creatine. This is one of the most effective supplements out there. Try it!
