For those that use JAI stretches...
Do any of you do any variations of these stretches? I pull straight out for 2 sec. then release for about 3 sec. Gained about 1/2” BPEL after about 2 weeks but haven’t gained anymore within the last 2 weeks. Do any of you pull upwards, downwards and/or left/right using these stretches? Are they more effective compared to just pulling straight out?
