…but the gains were bpel…it seems there were no gains in nbpel. Does this make sense to any of you?

Actually, what I’m trying to say is would this be considered a ‘gain’?

Are you saying it decreased your fat pad?

If you measured the same way both times, it is a gain, no doubt about it. It might take a while, until nbp catches up with bpel as nbp “settles down”.

I don’t think so. I’ve always been skinny to be honest so I don’t think there was much ‘fat pad’ to lose…..

It’s ‘the man’ himself!!! I didn’t know you looked over the ‘Newbie’ section, but I appreciate it. More importantly, you deserve special thanks for your research and application of AI stretches to PE! Can’t believe how fast the gain came. So are you saying ‘nbpel’ will eventually catch up to ‘bpel’? I sure hope so….I would think nbpel is more important. So theoretically, if JAI stretches hit the ligs, wouldn’t stetching for long periods of time mostly stress the tunica? I have experienced most gains in length from stretching. Gained almost 2”, but I’ve been stretching for almost 3 years.

How fast did the gain come then? I’ve heard other saying the same, but I’ve never achieved such fast results. If you measured immediately after JAI’s, there might be some error, because the ligs might be really loose.

Ligs vs. tunica… I don’t know if it’s about duration, rather about LOT.

I gained about 1/2” in bpel in about 2 weeks using your stretches (JAI). I didn’t measure right after stretching, but the day after. Stretching seems to be the only thing that ever worked for me. I first started with the simple ‘pulling forward and rotating clockwise and counterclockwise’ then slapping against the leg for circulation. (6 times/week) Gained about 1/2” in length after the first couple of months but I went months after with no gains. I finally stopped being lazy and decided to to try the famous ‘jelq’ technique. Did that for over one year and only gained another 1/2” in length and a little under 1/4” girth. Gave that up and went on a stretching routine instead. (Pull out, left, right and upwards for 20-30 seconds for about 3-4 sets). Gained another 1/2” in length the first couple of months and hit another plateau for months. I finally decided to try your technique and gained almost 1/2” in about two weeks! I would have never guessed that such little effort could result in such quick gains. Once again I would like to say thanks. It seems like I get quick gains but then go for months and months without gaining anything. In almost 3 years of PEing (consistently the whole time!) I gained almost 2” of length but very little girth. After reading these boards it seems any quick gains are the result of ligament loosening. Building the tunica seems to be the most difficult task. I have a theory that stretching for long periods at a time (which according to your theory is anything over 3 seconds) will work the tunica. After 3 seconds you believe the PC involuntarily kicks in and prevents the ligs from stretching any further. Therefore if you keep the hold for over 3 seconds, you are now placing stress on the tunica. I’m going to continue with JAI stretches and after a couple of months if I hit another plateau I will go back to regular stretches to hit the tunica. I’ll keep you guys posted.

Wow! That’s an excellent gain, especially since you’re definately not a newbie. I would’ve assumed that you haven’t stretched that much before gaining that much now, but I guess that you’ve stretched the tunica as you suspected then.

Have you used the sets/reps that I’ve recommended, or have you tailored your own routine with the JAI’s?

Yes, I use the EXACT routine that you have recomended (3 sets of 15 reps per set with about a one minute rest in between sets) That’s it, nothing else! I’ve been doing this 6 days a week. As I have said, I stopped jelqing almost a year ago and gained almost an inch in length by going back to stretching! Alot of people seemed to make fantastic gains from jelqing but for some reason I did not really gain anything (can’t say that I didn’t give it enough time because I did it for over one year!) Just to let you know, I have a very low LOT (about 7:00). I never knew about LOT when I began PEing so I have no idea what my LOT was before. With that said, I know that I should stretch upwards to hit the tunica. However, with your JAI stretches, I’ve been pulling straight out only. Should I apply JAI stretches to other directions? (upwards, left, right, etc.) I have been assuming that it doesn’t matter what direction you pull for JAI stretches because with only a 2 second pull only the ligs are being targeted. I may add pulling upwards for 20-30 seconds for a couple of sets after your JAI stretch routine in an attempt to work the tunica. Any thoughts?
