Foreskin issue

Hey, I am new to this and have been reading the FAQ this week. Last night I decided to try the newbie routine, found here Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine

I was watching the movies, however I couldn’t see any uncircumcised ones. Granted I got quite some foreskin, I tried Stretching last night, and it did not really work too well. My penis hurted afterwards and I didn’t even proceed to the jelqing part. Do you guys have any tips, or places I could read up on this? Maybe even videos.

Also, whenever I masturbate, I keep the foreskin over my head. Is this normal? I mean I can pull it back, but it’s no where near as comfortable. I actually never finished that way.

Did you warm up? I also have foreskin but it really doesn’t affect me when doing the exercises. And yes it is normal at least I think it is :D I do it the same way because like you said it just doesn’t feel right when you pull it back.

Pull back your foreskin before stretching to get it out of the way.

My foreskin is aways protecting the head when I hang and stretch, but when I get an erection it naturally rolls back.

I have been restoring my foreskin on and off for about four years. I don’t have nearly as much skin as an intact guy, but I was kinda wondering about this last night as I was doing my first jelqing session. I was also wondering if jelqing would help stretch my shaft skin.. I did find a video on xtube of a guy with foreskin who was jelqing. Not sure if I can post a link to it on here tho, I will have to check into it.

Tonight I did my first full newbie routine, but I still couldn’t quite get the hang of the 5 minute manual stretching. Isn’t it just possible to keep the foreskin over the head while doing this?
