I wanted to lose my posting virginity here. Lots to read up on. Probably days more till I even get a hang (npi) of all that’s offered.

I haven’t started PE yet, except for Fowfering. Did the bed/sleep fowfer last night and trying to keep doing it while sitting at the computer.

I will try the newbie routine, but quick question - what are people’s experience with fowfering alone? (Excuse me if it’s posted elsewhere - I did do search and advance search and found some relevant stuff but there’s so much info here I might have overlooked it.)

Also went on a quick manic exercise routine and lost 11lbs in 3 weeks. Going to keep it up as long as I can (no pun intended). Ideal is to drop another 12-17lbs.

Does extreme exercise (3-4 hours a day doing cardio at the gym) impact desire/wood? I have almost zero desire now (though I’ve masterbated almost daily it’s from mostly flaccid state till I finally break through semi-flaccid orgasm). Now I’m going to give it a rest till desire returns. But is it possible it’s the extreme exercise that’s also impacting me. I’m 56.

Welcome aboard. You should find all the answers to your questions about PE fowfering and just about anything else penis related. Not sure about the exercise but cardio should get the blood flowing better so it should help with PE. Though if you plan to do the newbie routine you will need to have an almost erect penis for around 10 mins (I think that’s what it is) for jelqing. Though if you can’t keep it semi erect for that amount of time you’ll need to do more kegeling exercises which should be explained in the newbie routine if not do a search. As far as fowfering I’m not totally sure about that just found out about it 2 days ago, but here is link to a post made about it and other ways to increase your flaccid length.

Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

A month of nothing but fowfers yielded a large flaccid gain and set me up for some decent gains in the following months. It didn’t lead to any measurable difference in EL or EG, though.
