Frequent or prolonged erections as a PE tool?

Through some reading around and theory crafting I came to think about erections and their impact on PE. In what way?

For example EQ often plays a big part in successful PE practice. When EQ improves, gains often follow. Exercise, proper diet and supplementation tends to give us more frequent and harder erections. Which leads to better gains as well. This got me thinking that perhaps we want to be in an enlarged state as much as possible. We already use edging and ballooning as tools where we try to push our erection to its limits. PE in general, or at least girth exercises tend to have us in an erect state for longer durations.

By inducing frequent erections I speculate that we can increase blood flow, reduce turtling and “endurance” train our penis. I hope this could lead to better EQ as well as flaccid or even erect gains. Since frequent erections seem to be a positive physiological sign I’d say it’s a plausible expectation.

Prolonged erections might have to be put in a category of its own. I’m not quite sure of the physiology behind this one. Long erections often require continuous stimulation. Unless we’re edging or using pills it’s hard to pull off. “Artificial stimulation” can often bring more negatives than positives both mentally and physically. Effectively destroying our EQ. Too long erections also carry risk in form of tissue damage through oxygen deprivation.

I want to again highlight that these ideas are pure speculation and I have a relatively limited experience with PE (2 years).

Thanks for the reply, but I should’ve been more specific. Clamping, Pumping, edging etc.. Are of course great PE exercises. However, I’m referring to a less strenuous or manual ADS type of approach to make a conscious effort to get erections throughout the day in order to keep an enlarged state. Devices often carry a specificity for either length or girth and they induce a “non physiological” form of pressure, which can risk EQ. Devices are also impractical for the bigger part of our days.

Yes I think they do help.

It’s hard to do but if you can maintain a strong erection for over an hour, there is a noticeable boost in pretty much all favourable signs re penis health basically the very next day.

I have noticed that edging boost the newbie gains. After that I don’t think that it can add much more, but its amazing for lasting power during intercourse.

I have seen some gains from it, small of course and could just be the increased EQ but it really is very good for your dick function wise.

Once I get my heat wrap worked out, stimulation + pde5 + heat seems to me that it could be a pretty good chemical PE style technique.

I have ED and have used Trimix injections to generate and maintain a hard erection lasting up to 2 hours. I don’t believe it contributed anything to my gains.

I believe this to be true, at least in my case.

I’ve only gained EG during periods where I’ve had frequent hard erections, both during the day and at night. I’ve achieved this through daily Cialis along with some light manual stimulation. Full blown edging seems to cause me negative PIs, so I avoid that.

I’ve also tried to maximize this effect by using Trimix without success. The problem is that Trimix causes an erection in the CC but in not the CS/glans, and this type of half-erection doesn’t appear to have the same benefits as far as I can tell.

The theme of this thread very much resembles that of an older thread about the PE- effect of priapism and the possibilities inducing such voluntarily. General opinion was, that periods of priapism was beneficial, but also very pain full and potentially dangerous.

Regarding OP’s question I would believe that it takes a lot of very hard erections to have an actual effect on PE. I.e. The frequency and quality of the erections should approximate actual priapism.
