Guys, I came up with two new questions, sorry if they are obvious or boring.
1) How important to have day offs during PE training? I mean, did somebody checked are they similar to day offs during muscle/fitness training, when muscles in reality grow during relax and recovery? Or in PE day off needed just for penis not to get damaged?

2) As I understand and do, jelqing training mostly improves girth, while stretching - length, yes? If I’m right, what improvement to stretching PE training I could apply away from Newbie Routine, as I don’t feel impact during current one?

They are not “boring” but you would be better off just reading the “newbie routine”. You can search it. It will answer these questions and more.

ii) Stay with the Newbie Routine for at least 3 or 4 months, and until gains stop.

Adding additional exercises to the Newbie Routine would mean you are no longer doing the Newbie Routine, which would put you at additional risk of injury.

Most injuries are from newbies who think they know better.

You have no idea at this stage what stresses your penis can handle. Best not to find the limit. :)
