From newbie to master - there is more questions upcoming
Guys, I came up with two new questions, sorry if they are obvious or boring.
1) How important to have day offs during PE training? I mean, did somebody checked are they similar to day offs during muscle/fitness training, when muscles in reality grow during relax and recovery? Or in PE day off needed just for penis not to get damaged?
2) As I understand and do, jelqing training mostly improves girth, while stretching - length, yes? If I’m right, what improvement to stretching PE training I could apply away from Newbie Routine, as I don’t feel impact during current one?
