I’ll try my best to help.
1. I just started with the newbie routine a couple of days ago. I'm sitting right now at 6.25 Length and 5 Girth. I realize that everyone has different gain rates, but I was wondering what are some reasonable expectations to have for mid-december if I stick with the newbie routine 2on/1off?
Firstly your dick is solidly average. Guys continue to ask what they will gain in x period, really, there is no answer to that. Some guys don’t gain for many months, some gain quickly. You can do tests to try and predict gains, LOT theory, exit point, erection angle, but even some guys question the accuracy of the tests. I’d say a 3 month period of the newbie routine with correct technique and force could yield perhaps 0.5”, but don’t rush and risk things. If you only have three months for PE, you are unlikely to see any cemented gains, you should be dedicating to this for a year plus, in which case you have plenty of time.
2. I work out and was also wondering if targeting big muscle groups for maximum testosterone release (I.e. Deadlifts and Squats) would affect my gain rate?
I’m not sure testosterone plays a major part in PE. If this were the case I would have thought people would have taken x,y,z and seen much improved gains. Being fit and living healthy in general I think can help as can a good diet. Remember protein can aid the body in recovery. I also work out and take protein shakes and have a good diet, have plenty of water and a multivitiman a day.
3. VEINS! My penis is already pretty vascular. I've read that PE will increase the veins' size, will the increment be as big if the penis already has big veins? (I'd hate to have an Arnold Schwarzenegger in my pants LOL!)
Veins do tend to increase, but again to what amount is impossible to say.
4. My biggest worry about doing PE is that the increased size might decrease my erection strength, is this likely?
I don’t think so. Erection strength depends on a whole range of chemical factors, blood flow, etc. Many guys don’t tell stories of losing erection angle, indeed, quite the reverse. Jelqing is said to aid erection strength, as are kegels. Again, look for the PI thread. What you may find over years of doing PE is the point at which your penis exists the body lowers if you start with a high exit point. Also, if you do have a high erection angle 10-11+, maybe that will drop to 9, but nothing lower.
5. What's a recommended size for women? I know this is a tough question and there's no easy answer. The reason why I ask this, and the reason why I've been looking into PE, is because I've been having insecurity issues with my GF lately. She has never complained (nor complimented) about my penis, but I do notice that when we have sex my penis slides in and out without too much pressure/friction. Heck, sometimes I try it even without much warm up just to see if she'd feel a little pain and nothing, I haven't been able to sense anything. What worries me the most is that she isn't exactly a “pro” nor big, she's 18, petite and 5'4. I'm starting to think she isn't feeling “filled” if you know what I mean. I know I should probably be asking this thing to her instead of in a public forum, but our relationship isn't quite in that intimacy level yet for me to ask her what she thinks of my penis size and whether I should do PE or not. I hope you can understand where I coming from.
The famous question! Firstly, you make a valid point that like men all women are different, making assumptions about size is a very dangerous thing to do. Next, women give birth to a child. Look at the size of a childs head, my point, the vagina can accomodate easily any size of penis about (although massive dicks may induce pain). From the research I saw 7.5-8” length and 6-6.5” girth were rated ideal by women. However, bigger isn’t always better and girth has a large part to play in things because that generates friction. Hence I think it accurate that most guys here want 8”x6”, few will achieve it, but that is not to say “size queens” won’t consider you small even at that size.
As I continue to say to guys, if you are wrapping your self esteem up in being “too big” for some ladies, you’re on the road to nowhere or to deny yourself pleasure, because it won’t happen. The trick is setting a goal for a valid reason and working to it on no time scale while living a normal life.
