I have done PE for about 6 months now and at best my gains have been 3/16 length absolutely 0 girth gains. The 3/16 is a best case scenario, which can be inaccurate due to poorly measuring when I first started PE. For all I know I might not have gained anything.

I have noted better and more frequent erections since I started PE and that is great and all, but that was never my goal nor I feel my problem. I have always gotten rock hard erections and kept them up and frequent, but now even more so.

I just stumbled onto the TGC theory. I read it and what I gather from it is my routine has been misplaced. The only routine I have done is the newbie routine and had gotten up to 300 jelqs with no negative EQ, it seems I could not overwork my unit.

So according to the theory my problem is the tunica. I need to focus on that (going for length gains first and foremost) and was wandering if anyone else has used a heavy tunica workout routine and if they had any results?

So please what I am looking for is a good tunica routine or exercises that have worked for others in the past. I am getting frustrated by the amount of time I have put in for not much success. Any and all advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

You should give us more details about your routine. What exercises does it consist of? You only mentioned jelqs. Are those dry jelqs or wet jelqs? How much time do you dedicate to each of the exercises?

Ei randomtask i have the same problem as you.
0 gains after so much hard work but higher EQ.
I started doing 3on 1 off but diminished number of jelqs to 150 per session and added 60 jelq squeezes and 5m of pumping. Before that i do four 1m stretching each direction.
Jelq squeezes looks like they could work on short/medium term.

Straight newbie routine. Wet jelqs. I never timed my workouts I rather go by reps. My frequent erection while jelqing make me start and stop a lot. Like I said I get rock hard erections and that is not my problem. But my jelq technique was straight from the video on this site. And they were not quick get this over with jelqs. I take 3+ seconds per.

My new focus is to try and stretch the tunica. I want to concentrate on that to see if I can start getting some gains. According to the TGC theory I would be a good candidate for working out the tunica first and foremost to see some gains.

Maybe you should reread the Newbie routine. If you haven’t noticed it also includes a warm up, manual stretches and Kegels. Kegels will improve EQ and might help with ejaculation control, but they are unlikely to make your dick grow. However, warm up and manual stretches are an essential part of the Newbie routine.

So, my suggestion would be: Do the Newbie routine.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, but reading both of your posts carefully, gave me the impression that your “Newbie routine” consisted exclusively of wet jelqs:

In both posts you mentioned only jelqs. This is what caused the confusion.

Regarding your routine:

How much time did you dedicate to manual stretching? Did you warm up prior to your routine?

300 jelqs (I assume this takes 15 minutes or so) is too little considering that you are 6 months into PE. It is possible that your sessions haven’t been long enough to stimulate growth (you might have been under-training).

You could try including V and inverted V stretches in your routine. They are much more intense than standard manual stretches and should enable you to exert more force on the tunica.

I followed the newbie routine exactly. Except I kept increasing jelq reps. My session took at least 30 minutes if not longer. I never rushed through my routine just to get it done.

The idea behind the Newbie routine is to incrementally increase session time as your unit becomes more conditioned and less responsive to stress. This is a quote from the PE Manual:

You’ve been doing the Newbie for 6 months now and you still haven’t gotten close to the session time recommended for guys in their 6th week of the Newbie routine.

For some guys even less than the Newbie is necessary to achieve gains, however some need significantly more. I suggest that you read this thread if you haven’t already: Is LESS more, or is MORE more?.

Have you been doing V stretches and inverted V stretches? I ask this because they are not explicitly a part of the Newbie routine (most guys probably do just basic stretches) and are capable of putting a lot of stress on the tunica.

I have not done anything outside the newbie routine. I have not tried the V stretches. Doing the newbie routine would take me anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. From what I have read on these forums 300 jelqs is a lot. I set aside time for my routine but I do not know if I have enough time daily to be doing 2 hour workouts. I want to switch my emphasis to the tunica to see if that is what is holding me back. I am taking two weeks off to decon and put together a new routine suited for my purposes.
