Fuller flaccid?
Is there a way to get a more permanent “pump” into your flaccid? Since starting PE I’ve gained a bit of skin (which is fine because I had a tight circumcision) and a bit of length already as well but when it’s fully flaccid it’s still tends to scrunch up a bit. But when I stretch it out even gently it definitely hangs longer. And after fowfers or jelqs it hangs much longer, albeit temporarily. I would like, even if it takes awhile, for this change to become more permanent if possible. I don’t want to gain a bunch of extra skin but then have a sort of slinky thing going on.
Eventually (months from now) I’m going to look into pumping, which may assist my problem. But I just thought I would ask.
