Fuller flaccid

I’ve searched the forum using different words and phrases for an answer and can’t seem to find a thread.

Years ago I was taking pygeum with some other vitamins and my flaccid state looked better and felt fuller. I can’t remember what they were. Does anyone have an idea of which vitamins can give those feelings and looks?

Proper hydration and a good multi vitamin and that should help.
