Hey guys I’ve noticed my unit beeing thicker flaccid a day after a PE session.. Is this a good indicator of growth?

Second question; when I am doing manual clamping my unit grows by half an inch in girth. How long does it take for this ”pumped up” size to become my normal everyday size?

A bigger flaccid lasting all day is considered to be a positive PI. See: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!.

Clamping is an advanced exercise and newbies should avoid it. It can be a very effective method for an inexperienced PEer with an unconditioned unit to injure himself. I would suggest that you keep to the Newbie routine for at least the first 2-3 months.

I see a lot of newbies don’t heed the warning about doing advanced exercises to soon.

I would hate to think of someone seriously injuring there unit.

Be patient folks.

I have noticed after the first day an increase in length and girth just from the newbie technique.

Don’t hurt yourself.
