Gaining girth for beginners?
Hey all, I started doing PE just a few days ago and have noticed increases in flaccid length right off the bat. I started out at about BPFL 4 inches and am now at BPFL 4.5-4.75 inches. However my girth looks rather small to me at just 5 inches around on the fattest part. I know that I probably won’t see major gains for a while regardless of the exercises I do, but what is the best exercise a beginner can do to increase girth? I’ve heard jelqing while erect helps girth, but I’ve also heard that it’s very dangerous and could bust a vein. My current routine is: warm wrap for 5 minutes, stretching for 5 minutes, jelqing for 10 minutes and then warm wrap for 5 minutes, 5 days on/ 2 days off.
