Is there another exercise that I can gain serious girth I hate jelqing.

Yup, there are other ways, however, if you are a newbie, the jelq is important to accustom your penis to the rigors of PE. I know it’s not fun for a lot of people but if you can stick it out for a few months to condition yourself, then try something like pumping. I have to tell you though, it seems like most members get better results when they incorporate jelqing into their routine whether they are pumpers, stretchers, or hangers.

as a Newbie you don’t have a lot of options. Jelqing, like it or not, is the basis for strengthening / toughening up your unit, preparing it for some of the more vigorous exercises that follow. Personally I would suggest if you ‘hate’ jelqing (probably the most pleasurable exercise in the whole PE program) your not going to be too thrilled on the rest as most of the ‘serious girth’ exercises are very rigorous, sometimes verging on uncomfortable. It may be that you maybe just need work on your technique - this does take a while. As I recall it took me about a month of fiddling around before I got the hang of it.

Just a tip… if you seriously want to get some gains try not to ‘hate’ anything. The mind is a powerful thing and if your need to dismiss so definitely, one of the fundamental exercises of PE, your experience may end up equaling your user-name.

Jelqing is part of the newbie routine. Do this routine to condition your penis for advanced exercises. The newbie routine should be performed for at least 3 consistent months. After that, advanced girth exercises become an option. Examples are clamping, horses, Ulis and pumping.

Hey man - I been using the power jelq for a little while (2 weeks) and for me at least I would say wow! It gives my dick a good workout. Infact I’m pretty sure

my dick has gotten thicker - it definitely feels and looks thicker than before!

This seems to be a repeating fact. Regardless of how advanced you become, jelqing is the core PE exercise that helps to get the maximum benefit from all other exercises.

Couldn’t of said it better myself.

Not much you can do right now, stick with jelqing with the time being, then you can move on to the heavy stuff.

You can try “Tissue Breakdown Massage.” This is what I call this and I stopped doing it because I think it created more girth than length. You do this when you are COMPLETELY FLACCID! Hold each part of your shaft between the thumb and index finger, one step at a time, front/back and left/right. While you are in each position, squeeze pretty hard and massage for about 5 seconds in each position.

Do this several times throughout the day. It will be most if you do it concurrently with jelqing, but I believe that you will see noticeable girth gains in about 4 months, even if you only do this.

As you break down the tissue, it rebuilds, but with more cells than before. Think about it this way: If the tissue comes back with more cells, then this will allow for greater blood absorption, which in turn leads to greater girth.

OK.I think I’ll try to stick with jelq.I think it irritates me so much because I’m probably not doing them right and I can’t get the videos to work. Also keeping it lubed is a problem lotion doesn’t last.

try getting a high quality lube for a start as the cheap crappy ones are too sticky for jelqing. When you have yourself a decent lube keep practicing the technique until you nail it. I just kept referring back to all the Newbie written and video data until I got it right. Be prepared to be persistent and consistent and above all patient. Neither Rome nor a ‘biggus dickus’ was built in a day!

Yeah man, just keep jelqing for awhile and you will start to notice a healthier unit. Then, if you want serious girth, it seems (from the talk around here) that clamping is definitely the best way to gain girth. Best of luck.

Jelqing is more about feel than technique. If you are aiming for length, jelq at a lower erection level (under 50%). For girth go for over 50% erection level, but under 75%.

Aim to feel as if you are pushing blood up towards the end (glans) of your penis, creating pressure in the chambers of your penis throughout your hand movement. Make each stroke last around 3 seconds, but feel is more important than time.

Plain olive oil is an excellent lubricant. Many of us have created our own ‘magic formulas’, but the exercise itself is far more important than what is in the oil.
