Gains Are Not Permanent

I personally can’t finish going really slow if I’m not at 100%. I can finish well below 100% if I’m going fast.

Plus a great many EQ problems are caused by stress and anxiety. If you bear down on it, you’re feeding into that and maybe contributing to a contraction of the smooth muscle in the penis (which makes it soft), as well as the fact that physical activity attracts blood to the operative body part - and your arm is far away from your penis.

Sounds like you had a “shrink and heal”. You got some gains from stretching but made the mistake of stopping completely, along with poor EQ and no sex etc. That’s like a worst-case scenario where your gains will shrink back as everything heals in a small size because nothing was keeping it big during the heal.

Just get back into training again and you should recover your previous size easier this time, and don’t ever stop stretching! If you do want a break it’s important to taper off training over weeks or months, and have as much good strong erect time as possible to keep your new gains size as everything heals and normalises. Cheer up. :)

Thanks a lot. This hit the nail in terms of the science of PE. You either heal elongated or shrink back to the original size. This begs the question whether PE is only temporary.

Newbie here, but when you say “PE gains last long.” is that to say, one has to these PE exercises consistently if you want to keep your gained length?

No locked in gains?

A person have to constantly and consistently keep doing it to maintain the additional size.

I believe that most of it will go away. Won’t happen fast and for some this time could be in months or even years.

Once you hit your goal isn’t necessary a heavy loaded routine.

This is my opinion based on what I’ve been seen over our reports. Personally I wouldn’t risk losing all the time investment, it takes so long to gain.

You only did 6 months and even then it was stretching only. I would think the longer you did PE and if more of it was tissue growth it would be more permanent or take longer to lose it. I am the least flexible person i know. It is a huge victory for me to be able to touch my toes but i know if i go a few weeks without stretching in the AM im screwed. I think lig stretching might give easy and quick gains but the first to go if you stop.

My understanding is permanent gains are made in years not months. You can get to your target and just tone down your routine with stretches and light jelqs for no more than 15/20 mins in total

I’ll theorize that six months isn’t enough to cement gains, though I’m surprised you lost 1.3” length in 4 weeks. I gained about the same amount of length in a couple of years initially and then pretty much stopped gaining length and stopped trying for girth. I continued doing PE in one form or another for at least another year before stopping out of frustration or boredom. Ten years later I had lost about 1/2” length and a bit of girth but still up 1” length and .5” girth from my starting point. I’ve regained almost all of the previously lost size over the last few months.

You don’t have to keep doing a full PE routine forever to keep gains, but you will always have to do at least a few piss-pulls and enough jelqs a couple of times a week to make sure you expand the tissues to their maximum size.

If you build big arms at the gym and then stop working them totally, they will shrink. If you learn to do the splits but don’t do them for a few weeks, you will lose the flexability. All body tissue works on a ‘use it or lose it’ basis, but you don’t have to do much to keep it once you have it.

So how exactly did you gain 1.3 inches of length in 6 months, I know you said stretching but what kind of routine is that because I’m interested lol. To gain that much in 6 months is like the craziest amount I’ve heard yet.

Part of your penis size is not permanent if you don’t maintain it with a proper behavior. So maintenance concerns everyone. What you consider to be your pre-PE size was already affected by your behavior, the way you masturbated, your lifestyle, and you would probably be subject to lose some of it by building up bad habits (aka aging). You’ll always have to fight against that, so why not making the fight worth it.
