You don’t have to keep doing a full PE routine forever to keep gains, but you will always have to do at least a few piss-pulls and enough jelqs a couple of times a week to make sure you expand the tissues to their maximum size.
If you build big arms at the gym and then stop working them totally, they will shrink. If you learn to do the splits but don’t do them for a few weeks, you will lose the flexability. All body tissue works on a ‘use it or lose it’ basis, but you don’t have to do much to keep it once you have it.
