I started PE on the 11th July 2012, at the time of writing this post it’s the 25th July 2012.

I have taken measurements from when I started but I don’t want to re-measure until I’ve been going for 4-6 weeks to give it a good crack.

I started out as 6.9 BPEL and 4.85 central girth (I think my base is 5ish).

I wanted to start PE as I noticed that after having sex for more than 20 minutes my girlfriend gets incredibly wet and as my girth is sub-par it slides a bit too much at this point which can have an impact on staying hard.

Anyway.. I haven’t told my girlfriend anything whatsoever and have been stealth PEing when she’s not about.

After the first week she spontaneously grabbed hold of my dick in the kitchen.

Her: Hmm that feels weird

Me: What do you mean?

Her: It feels a lot thicker

Me: Really? It must just be swollen!

Since then she has brought it up a few more times that it “feels thicker”.

In the bedroom she has been making a lot more noise and finishing quicker.

My dick feels heavier and a bit thicker, my question is - is this temporary or permanent and does this mean I’m an easy gainer with a bright future?

When I first started I jumped the gun a bit and was clamping for about 20mins a day, normally 2 days on, 1 day off. After a few days of that I decided that I was rushing things and should leave the clamp off for a few months. I have been doing 20mins jelq with 5-10min warm up/stretch before which seems to be working great.

Additionally I try to do a few sets of 100 kegels at work whilst bored I.e. In a meeting.

It is probably permanent. As long as you jelq that core will stay thicker and it may cement. I told my wife when I first started that I was like pinocchio lately. Every time she turned sex down my cock grows so it might hurt you if you wait to long! haha Whatever it is in your hand you know they have to feel it. They don’t neccessarily want to acknowledge you growing but they enjoy it. Until you get too big for them. (some have had complaints)

Good work and observation. You are getting to know your new dick. Get the newbie routine down and stick with it religiously. The core of my dick is very thick and firm. I sometimes can screw my wife with it flaccid after I’ve filled her full and made her cum. The future is there. Where will you be?

Just measured flaccid as I’ve noticed it’s a fair bit bigger than normal in the last week or so.. I think it was 4” before doing PE (fluctuates a lot)

I just recorded it as 5.5” flaccid bone pressed or just under 5” non-bone pressed. This sounds too good to be true?? It must be temporary!! I am very tall and have very muscular legs though so it’s still a long way off looking impressive!

If you want a rock solid measurement use your BPFSL (bone pressed flaccid stretched length). It change when you grow in length and is a good indicator of the maximum BPEL your EQ can achieve. I believe!

Looks like a gaining routine. Remember to kegel before you grip for each jelq. You may want to increase the time for jelqing in a few weeks to 25 min. and then 30 a few weeks after that. At 3-6 seconds per jelq that would total 600-300. Personally I’d do 3 second jelqs as it’s easier to hold the right level of erection. (level of erection is not to exceed 80% for newbies due to possibility of injury) As you get conditioned you may be able to do some at various levels of erection. It’s not scientific enough to say what is the best.

Yes, gaining quickly is the number one sign that you gain quickly.

Congratulations on that. It took me many months to see any gains at all. And some guys go > a year before seeing any gains. What I have always found to be interesting is that once you do start to gain for the first time it is often quickly enough to be noticeable.

You never want to mess much with a routine that is giving you gains. But making it 5 minutes warm up and 10 minutes stretching is probably a good idea.

I’ve been doing very fast jelqs - probably about 1 - 1.5 second jelqs and I use a firm grip (squeeze hard). I haven’t had any red spots so I imagine I’m doing okay :)

Try to loosen that grip for the majority of jelqing. It should be done as though you were squeezing honey off a smooth stick. (firegoat’s description and I believe in it) You will feel that the core of your dick will tingle more than fatigue. Good luck man!

No idea. I have always pictured how guys respond to PE as being a rather steep at either end bell curve. I think that, just like penis size, the majority of guys respond to PE in a very “average” way. It is based on +10 years of reading the forums but is no kind of quantitative annalasis. In other words, it is a well informed guess.

I think that most poor/no gaining is due at least in part to not being smart and dedicated to ones PE. I think that the % of guys that do everything right and don’t gain for a year is probably about the same as the % of guys that gain freaky fast with any approach at all. I think that >95% of guys that PE smart and dedicated will gain >1” in <2 years of PE.

I’ve come to believe that most of what occurs as a “newbie pop” is actually primarily better EQ and general blood flow— meaning that you are mostly regaining lost ground— I experienced something much similar myself.

Not to wed you a measuring tape as dysmorphia can be an unhealthy place to live, but since your girl commented on thicker, it might be nice to know what is thinker to her— just saying.

Ok I had a quick measure up again after today’s 25minute jelq session. I couldn’t maintain a fully hard erection very well during measuring so not sure if this is at it’s fullest but here goes:

BPEL: 7.2”
EG: 5.0” (mid shaft)
