Gains just from manual stretching?

Have any of you received gains from manual stretching? No constant jelqing, clamping, etc., but just pure manual stretching. Is it at all possible to coax out a gain or two from it?

I’m sure there’s someone out there that has done this for whatever reason. But most manual PE exercises are done as a part of a routine, so it may be a rare case.

I would suggest looking up Gentlepsycopath’s thread. He did only manual stretching and did very well.

I follow a variation of his routine and did pretty well so far. Five months in and I’ve gone from 6.5 BPEL to 7.3 BPEL. I haven’t measured these last couple of weeks, but I’m hoping that by the six month mark I can hit 7.5 BPEL (a full inch gained on length). Here’s hoping! Good luck.

Suggestion would be, start now, even if it’s just 10 minutes of stretching every day.

That’s awesome to hear! I’m glad it’s been working out for you. I’ve not incorporated jelqing as I, a teenager who used to masturbate constantly to porn, have trouble popping an erection. I am unsure if it is physical, but I feel I have been so desensitized to the point that watching videos does nothing for me. What was weird was that this one girl I was talking to was able to make me erect just by speaking to her. It confuses me as I’m worried about my EQ and wonder if at times it is purely psychological. Anyway, I will try the stretching routine. I tried looking at some of the videos and find people saying I have to grip directly the glans and others saying to grip just an inch below the head with an okay grip.

My gains come from manual stretching. Most of it came within 6 months and was newbie gains.

Just be concistent and the gains will come.

My best tips is that you learn the V-grip.

Before I knew what p.e. was I streched for the hell of it. I stretched every night for a few months for about 20 to 40 minutes and got about a half inch in BPEL.

Tug O War stretches. Reasonable progress is being made. Impulse Tug O War stretching also helps maintain any length gains.

I only gained bpel from stretching my bpfsl manually.

I never really gained significant bpfsl from extending and hanging, but I was only hanging from the base, not gripping the glans properly. When I manage to pull on the glans without any discomfort as hard as I can, 10 min/day is more than enough for gains. I couldn’t manage to use an extender and grip the glans properly, noose hanger + uncut + lots of extra skin, these might be the reasons why. I also use a vac hanger with 1-2kg from time to time, it grips the glans properly but still can’t compare to my straight out hand stretch, bracing the elbow against my hip and pulling as hard as possible.(btw, I still don’t stretch as hard as some PE guys)

The good stretches make my flaccid longer, heavier, not necessarily thicker like a girth workout would, just longer and heavier, with a tingly and itchy feeling coming up from time to time. Edging to max erection / plateau edging after stretching is key for erect length gains, but it gets harder to reach max erection with edging after serious aggressive stretching.

IMO, it isn’t a matter of using a device or not, it’s just stretching our flaccid dicks a few millimeters and getting that stretched flaccid as erect as possible, quickly.

I appreciate all the replies! Thank you! I’ve been working on it myself for the past few weeks and have been using, along with other measuring tools, my belly button as a marker of sorts. I noticed when I first stretched upwards it would overlay my belly button but has now increased to a bit over at the same strength of the pull. I’ll use a ruler to make measurements.

Also search on the forum for fulcrum stretches or inverted V stretches. They really focus on the tunica. It did help me a lot and my flaccid hangs lower now.

It is about consistency. Think about how many days you will do it a week and keep at it for a long time.

Good luck to you as well man. I’m definitely going to try my best. I’m doing the basics for a bit, but I feel my stretching both an inch below the glans and around the sides of my shaft. I’m trying to also feel it on the base of my penis as well which requires more tension, but I’m worried about being overzealous here.

I’ve been doing this too, comes naturally I guess.
