1. What is the main source in length gains?

2. Is it ok to stretch during the day and jelq before going to sleep? I mean if it is ok to do the jelq separately from stretches. (It is weird to stay at toilet for more then 25 minutes :) )

1. Lig stretching I believe to be the big source of gains at the jump.

2. I don’t see a problem why it wouldn’t be although I like to jelq after stretches to get nice new blood flow into the penis and get a nice hang for the rest of the day. Also if you do them like how the newbie routine says it might be more beneficial to do them with each other.

Well I think it’s only fair that I tell you guys my Penis stats. Just used the Growth Gauge to check how long it is:

Flaccid: 7cm
Erect: 19.5cm

I really need some advice on how to accurately measure things, are there any standards from where to where to measure the length from?

I would still do the jelqing but yea if your fine with girth I don’t think you have to but I do feel they are a nice complement in cementing gains as alot of others will tell you. Plus it will condition your penis if you go to do other exercises. Stretching straight down I believe to be one of the better lengthening stretches you can do but do all directions but maybe most emphasis down.

Initially a lot of people get good gains from stretching the supporting ligaments. Then I think that gains come pretty evenly from stretching the tissue and engorging it via jelqing; both are important. Jelqing will also have a good impact on your EQ, whereas stretching only will likely shoot it to shit (at least it does for me).

Yes it is fine to split your routine. Many people do.

Did you say 7cm to 19cm? That’s quite a spread you got there!
