gains the first day?
Just did my first session last night and damn if I dont think I got some growth from it.
I did:
5 min wrap
10 min stretches
10 min of jelching
kagels for a while
5 min wrap
My dick was really fat and heavy after that maybe a little longer but I mostly noticed the fatness
Woke up this morning and damn if it wasnt still fat.
Seemed to shrink a little as I got up and started moving around though.
One question. How much pressure do you apply when you jelch? I started using the ok grip but switched to more of an upside down u grip, alternating hands.
Also, it wasd a little “hard” to stay, well halfway erect. Any thoughts on ideas for that?
