How many hours per day did you hang to get your gains ?
How many hours per day did you hang to get your gains ?
The reason I ask this question is that I want to know how feasible hanging is and if it can be incorporated into a busy lifestyle for someone who might be able to hang only 2-3 hours per day.
If hanging is very time consuming, you might have to switch to manual stretches or jelqing.
( Not to mention , someone who hangs with a busy schedule might have a harder time because the ligaments will recover given more time in between sessions , making future hanging sessions harder )
