It sounds like a good all-round routine …. but, in the long term it may not be the most efficient for substantial gains. I guess it all boils down to what your goals are and how much you want to gain. If your after 1” - 1.5” length gains then if you stick with this routine you may have a very good chance of achieving that goal. If you’re after 2”+ then I don’t think this is the optimum routine. Hanging and stretching without other exersizes would probably be a more successful option.
OK, let’s look at your routine.
Firstly, if you are going to jelq or do uli’s, do them after you have hung.
Secondly, IMO, uli’s may slow down your length gains. Uli’s are a girth exersize and it’s easier to stretch something that’s thinner rather than thicker. I’d leave out the uli’s for the moment and concentrate on those once you have achieved the length you want.
Thirdly, jelqing. This will also add some girth as well as length. Once again it really depends on how much you want to gain. It’s a great exersize for gains and overall penis health. Also, incorporating a small amount of light jelqing after hanging can be very beneficial. But, if you have a good hang you may find that 20 mins of strong jelqing may be way too much - be careful! The tissue of your penis will probably be quite stressed after hanging and strong jelqing may rupture some of the weakened blood vessels which may leak into the urethra or cause bruises - this would be counterproductive and would require you to take at least a week off! Take your jelqing very easy after hanging.
Fourthly, hanging. One hour hang-time is excellent - that sould be all you need. BTC is a very intense position so work up to it gradually.
Two days on, one off is better than alternate days. But try and aim for 3 days on, one off - I think you’ll see better results.
Also, try adding a few random stretches - when you go to pee, while you’re in bed - whenever it’s convenient. Every little bit helps!
