I’m a firm believer in Bib’s philosophy of hanging everyday. Your dick isn’t a muscle, it’s a tube and you need to have constant pressure on it to causes damage to the ligs and let them heal in the elongated state. I find that when I hang and take days off, I turtle like crazy.

2 hours of hanging per day is quite easy for me. I sit BTC, hang the weight between my legs for 30 minute increments with 10 minutes off while I work at my desk at home. I use a personal massager to get the blood flowing and back to an erection each time. After 4 sessions, I jelq for 250 reps and I’m done for the day. I’ve seen real length gains when I fatigue the ligs and ride the fatigue.

Every 7th session I add 1/4lb plate (stop with the fishing lures, just buy some Olympic incremental plates off ebay for $10).

I started at 5lbs, incrementally added 12lbs over the last year and now I do 14 hours a week with 17lbs. It’s really the consistency. Also, forget that “slapping your dick against your leg” idea. Get a personal massager, it’s much much more effective at moving the blood around.

If on the off chance my dick is so sore that I can’t bear to hang the full session, I’ll still shoot for one or two 30 minute sessions and call it a maintenance day.

You really get what you put into it. Go to the gym regularly, see great results. Go to the gym infrequently, get little results.

I pretty much agree with everything you’ve said with a few caveats. Since you’re using a compression clamp your sessions are shorter in duration, which includes more sets. Since I use a vacuum based hanger I can hang a substantial amount of weight for a full hour non stop. When training for max length gains I suggest two one hour sessions per day. One in the morning, and another in the afternoon or evening. Each session should be followed up with a minimum of 10 minutes of very aggressive hand stretches in order to take full advantage of the fatigue the hang session generated. I highly recommend an ADS be worn as much as possible in between hang sessions. Whether it be an ADS with a leg strap such as the one we sell or something like the Phallosan or an extender. Any of those devices will keep your penis stretched with low traction (2 - 5 lbs.) while you recover from the more strenuous / intense weight hanging sessions.

I do believe that rest is necessary. I would train 3 days on, one day off, two days on, one day off. During those off days you should work on erection quality. This can and should include some moderate jelq work to achieve and erection. Kegels to strengthen your pelvic floor muscle. An “off day” doesn’t mean you do nothing. You can and should wear an ADS as much as possible during your off day (4-6 hours minimum).

As you progress so will the intensity of your training. Once you have 6 months of dedicated training, for some this might even be a full year if you’re not as dedicated as I’ve outlined above, then you can and should start to incorporate other PE training, such as pumping and clamping. But remember ….. baby steps! Nobody starts off running a 26 mile marathon, or steps into the gym and starts bench pressing 300 lbs. for reps.

Hi LG Hanger. If I was to follow the program of 1 hour hanging and 10mins stretching in the morning but instead of wearing an ads system I pump in a tight penis cylinder for 30minutes and have the “Pump” as my ads, would that be good enough?

Also in the evening hanging for 1 hour and 10 minutes stretching.

Last night I tried a new technique I think it will be great for girth. I did a bundled fulcrum with 3lbs for like 10 mins it felt great.

I see nothing wrong with including a pump session. However that would really not duplicate the light traction that an ADS can provide for multiple hours. The goal is to keep your flaccid stretched under light tension while you recover from the heavier training. Doing so trains your penis to not “turtle”, while cementing length gains. As a suggestion I would tell you to go ahead with the training you’ve outlined (including the pump session), and if you can’t wear an ADS, then wear a Girth Band at the base of your penis to prevent retraction. I will often wear 3 - 4 girth bands in succession after a hang session to keep my flaccid stretched for up to two to three hours. Multiple girth bands work independently from one another in preventing retraction and work better than one continuous length of silicon sleeve. If you send me a PM with your cell phone number I will text you some photos of what that looks like.

The current routine you’ve outline should be sufficient to generate gains, provided the intensity is enough to cause fatigue. I always tell guys do what you can with the time you have, even if it’s only 30 minutes a day. Some training is better than no training. All too often guys think that if they’re not going big guns that it’s not worth the effort. What they don’t understand is that even if you can only train for 30 minutes a day, you are developing discipline that will help you train with more consistency when your schedule allows you more time. It’s like building a structure brick by brick….

I don’t know where you got that I use whatever a compression clamp is.

Also, as I said, I do jelq everyday following my hanging session. You should read my posts before you offer your useless advice.

I built my own out of the following items:

Swim cap material for wrap ( I wrap my dick bare at it. Some guys use silk, I don’t)
I found a velcro tool hanger with a eyelet on the end of it at home depot. I heavy stitched the velcro straps shut and ran a large hose clamp through the holes.
I use a carabiner, thread the eyelets through the standard weight plate holes and I’ve tested 35lbs on this setup with ease.
I then use a modified pool noodle wrapped in waterproof tape for added reduced slippage.

I personally think vac hangers are garbage because they lock in at the head of your dick and not mid shaft so as soon as you attempt real man’s weight, 12+lbs, it’s too painful to continue.

I really don’t care what you think about rest, I’ve gained nearly 3” in a year without rest. Your dick is not a muscle, you’re just weak. You have no stamina in your ligaments and you’re obviously just spouting theory. Nothing I’m doing is new, Bib already did it. Every other successful hanger doesn’t take breaks.

I’m gonna keep doing me and getting results you can take your breaks and play with your pud like the other non-gainers on this forum.

Not certain why you’re so hostile? I agreed with several of your points, do you always attack people if they have a different viewpoint than yours? As for gaining 3” in one year? Do you have some photos to prove that?
I’ve been auditing the PE forums for 7 years and the overwhelming majority of men who’ve tried compression clamp hangers have had less than complimentary experiences. I don’t think there’s any debate about it, just peruse the forums. I’ve counseled many who’ve had extremely bad experiences. Comments about discomfort and pain are common. Others complained of experiencing ED, and the worst is nerve damage that resulted in several months of not being to able to achieve an erection. I don’t think all these men are “just weak”.

As for rest days…. did you read what I said? They really aren’t resting from doing PE exercises, they are just a day off from hanging weight. You can do whatever you like, I’m not saying that some men can’t weight hang seven days a week, what I’m saying is that the vast majority can’t (especially those who have less than 6 months of training).

Another point of clarification….. you are absolutely correct about the typical vac hanger being garbage! Every single vac hanger other than the one’s I personally manufacture do pull from the glans and not the shaft. That is exactly why we did multiple months of testing chambers with different depths. The testing was done by myself, Dr. Richard Howard (32 years of PE training), and KingSnake. Which by the way both of those guys used compression hangers themselves before switching over to the LG Hanger. What we all determined was that if a vac chamber was deep enough to go past the glans area by a minimum of at least 1” that the pull would be generated from the shaft. All the LG Hanger chambers I manufacture have a minimum depth of 2 1/4” unless otherwise specified with a special order request, and then I will make it as deep as requested. Separating science from silliness and fact from fiction is not difficult to do. Which brings me to ask ….. where is the proof of Bib’s theories? To date I haven’t seen anything from medical studies or at the very least some verifiable photos.

I’m not going to boast of any porn size dimensions for myself. However I have made some fairly substantial gains. I started out about average, maybe a little below average with a BPEL of 5 3/8”, and in 4 years of training gained 2 3/8” in erect length and 1 1/4” - 1 1/2” in erect girth (depending on the shaft area measured). We have several clients who’ve gained over 1” and others over 2”. We have many men who use 25+ lbs with our system, and because they can go for longer than the typical 15 minutes a compression clamp is capable of doing, they don’t have to do multiple sets. I personally didn’t need to go that heavy to get results. Once I got up to the 15 -18 lb range that’s all I could handle. I was born with a double hernia and if I attempted to go heavier I would feel a significant tug on my seminal cords and didn’t want to risk giving myself another hernia. So I experimented with alternative ways to enhance the weight hanging stress without having to use more weight, and discovered the Fulcrum and Bundle to be the answer.

If you are happy with what your doing, then by all means keep doing what makes you happy. If you’ve really gained 3” in a year, then that’s phenomenal! You are a specimen! I honestly haven’t seen anyone on any forum or online website make such a claim…. unless it was the snakeoil salesman and former porn actor (Ron Jeremy) pitching penis enlargement pills.

LG I disagree with you about compression style hangers. I own a bib and had zero issues other then extreme boredom. I get that you’ve got a product to push and I’ve been in sales and the general rule has always been sell your product and more or less ignore the other product. Don’t put it down just show and prove why your product is superior.

Now I’ve never used an LG because I felt it was overpriced and that compression hangers are attached at a better spot for growth. I have tried a knock off and I get that it’s no where near the same quality as the LG.
With that said I like the bib better.

And for the record I think bib is being dishonest about his gains. And his theory’s have pretty much been debunked.

Just asking, why are you choosing to hang, I tried it, did like it. Just wondering why your decision, all is well.

I sincerely appreciate your candor. I’ve never said that gains couldn’t be made with a compression clamp style hanger. I do my very best to present a balanced critique of all the PE devices available, and yes I’ve made no bones about what I feel is the best way to achieve your full PE potential. I weigh all the pro’s and con’s. I like to break things down into two categories …. #1 Positive Attributes and #2 Negative traits. Since we have no reliable scientific studies to refer to we must use the anecdotal evidence of unbiased experience.

I contend that there really isn’t that many guys who can honestly say they’ve used both a compression clamp and a LG Hanger. Many have said they’ve used a vac style system, but that’s not a fair comparison. I’ve actually recently purchased a variety of PE weight hanging devices, all are vac hangers and one is a MaleHanger. I intend on making a video and pointing out all the nuanced differences, listing the positive attributes and the negative traits. There is no “knock off” vac hanger that can be compared to the LG Hanger.

I recognize the cost of our system is higher than that of other vac hanger competition. There’s a reason for that. Our chambers are manufactured from a solid piece of optically clear Lexan acrylic, that is machined on a C.N.C. lathe and mill. We manufacture each chamber based on the personal measurements provided by the customer. This is CUSTOM, and there’s no other PE device manufacturer that can duplicate what we do. We use the very best in purchase part components, such as the pneumatic fittings. Our sleeves are made from medical grade silicon that costs over $200 per gallon. I don’t expect everyone to be able to afford a custom manufactured piece of PE equipment. I have no doubt just by looking over your system that it’s the best vacuum style hanger on the market. So don’t take anything I said as a slight. And the fact your there to help guys is a major plus in my book. I also feel the idea of going beyond the glans for attachment purposes is brilliant. Where others obviously don’t, they just suck in your gland and that’s that. That to me isn’t the best attachment point for hanging heavy weights.

I wouldn’t put a malehanger on my site for any purpose whatsoever. The guy has a terrible reputation in the PE world. But that’s my opinion. And yes I understand your doing it to show pros and cons only. But I wouldn’t even help the guy by showing his product with a full list on cons. Actually just say here’s his hanger and he is a con lol.

As far as price goes, I prefer to pay for quality which again I believe you have. But I’m jaded when it comes to PE equipment. It’s an easy market to make money off guys with serious insecurities. Again don’t take that as a slight because I’m not saying that’s your goal. However us in the PE world know companies like Bathmate offer 40% to anyone selling their pump. Hence my jadedness. I remember when I was so very insecure and bought not one but two of those stupid pumps because the first one broke. I couldn’t even get someone from bathmate to help. That’s just a small portion of what PE gear I’ve bought through my insecurities.

From everything I’ve read, the more time the better.

From everything I read consistency and never taking time off is the only thing that is really important. It seems with at least 2 big gainers going411by7 and ganesh10in they never got back to their peak BPFSL after they took a longer time off.

Im going with 2 hours of PE per day and never stop in my life. If im on vacation bring a BiB instead of LG which can be hidden in the pocket and use hand strength to pull for an hour if I have to. So important to have a plan that takes longevity into consideration.

Actually even less like 20mins twice a day of bundled hanging with 50lbs (like superdick does) seems to be enough to gain indefinately.
