A few weeks back RedZulu over at MoS offered his expertise and helped me put together a new routine. I am about a month into his 3 month routine (the RedZulu) and I don’t want to mess with this, I really like what he put together for me.

All that said, once I complete this cycle I would be more then happy to run your above mentioned program.

Hey, the weight you are using is light. If you don’t feel any pain or discomfort you are not causing any damage. The body will only change in size in response controlled damage or stress. Similar to somebody who did a light weight training session would not grow. Basically pain = tears = biological response of growth. Ride the pain then when it’s too much drop the weight and continue. As many sets as possible. Don’t take days off. Penile hypertrophy is actually documented in medicine. Pirapsism
