At all guys who gained a lot by hanging - how many hours a week should i spend?

At all guys who gained a lot by hanging - how many hours a week should i spend?

I have a question to the men who have gained a lot of length or also girth through hanging:

How much time, how many hours did you spend a week to make your gains?
And is there an official time limit which limits the disturbed bloodflow caused through hanging (20 minutes?? ) ?

I spent probably an average of 40 hours a week plus when I was hanging for gains. But I worked up to that level, starting at only a couple sets. As your penis becomes stronger, it requires more time/weight to reach fatigue.

It really depends on how much time you have available, and where PE falls in your priority list. Many guys make good gains with ten hours per week and less. The fewer hours per week you hang, the longer number of months it might take for you to reach your goals. But you can surely reach them in time.

The good thing about hanging is, if you have the privacy time, and you have other things you can do while fairly stationary, then you actually spend no dedicated time while PEing.

I always recommend limiting sets to 20 minutes, even with decent blood flow. Blood flow will still be reduced, but there is no sense in taking chances. The longest recommended time for use of a tourniquet is 17 minutes.

I will work up to 2 hours a day, currently i am at 2 sets of 10 minutes each day, i will increase to 3 sets of 15 mins. Weight currently 3 pounds.

I will not do 20 minutes-sets because i dont think that my circulation is this good.

One further question about haning.
If i tighten my bibhanger i fasten the screws tight enough to feel some slight pain and then losen it a little bit.
This is my tightening strength, do you think this is ok. It feels ok.

I can’t do 20 minute hangs, my dick starts to get cold before then, so I stop after 10 minutes or so. Make sure you don’t get pain, and on the other side of the coin, don’t get numbness either.

Nothing wrong with 10-15 minute sets. 20 is simply the maximum I recommend. Many guys have made good gains using less than 20.

First, be sure you set the bottom inner hex nuts where they need to be, and then tighten the two bottom wing nuts on the right side down completely before you ever put the hanger on. Then use only the top wing nut to get the correct tightness.

As far as tightening goes, if you tighten down to a little discomfort, then wait a bit, the discomfort will go away, and you can even tighten a little more. That is for future use. With only three pounds, that is probably not needed.

Also later, you might want to tighten a little more after hanging a minute or so.

5 hrs a wk

I was getting around 6-8 hrs. Now I’ve been getting some more because I’ve started hanging two times a day.

I hang at a higher weight-25-35# IF you use apulley overhead, It cuts the weight in half. If you can stand it do, you think high weights are the way to go. If even if you don’t hang as long? I have seen results, and was wondering if it is more time or more weight?

Why did yall drag out this fossil.

I was wondering the same thing. Must of had a mod get bored.
