Hours Hanging
Guys
Over and over we hear that you can’t get gains hanging unless you hang for huge hours, but than you hear you can get get gains with heavy weight hanging for shorter periods of time. Well is it true can you get gains hanging 10 or less hours a week?
What do you guys think? Anybody getting good gains hanging 10 or less hours? I know this is more a hanging thread but I’m trying to get the most input I can.
