Hours Hanging

I pretty much hung exclusively. Progressed rapidly to 22.5# and used the same weight throughout. I hung about 10 hrs/week for 40 weeks and got 2.2” elongation. Maxed out at 7.875” and could gain no more. Used the bib jr up to 12# and the bib original above. Am a believer in use of the bib original in lieu of the jr.

Over how much time did you hang and make those gains?

and what progression up to 22.5lbs would you consider “rapid”?

Did you take breaks or rest periods during the routine.

Thanks for the PM, I’m looking to design a new hanging routine and was wondering how I should incorporate rest periods.

I’m going to start hanging again with the tps hanger and I will keep every one posted so far it’s the best hanger I have ever seen, I had a beta version for a while but I just got the new one today and so far I’m impressed.

When I first started hanging with the Bib thanks to that little invention I was able to get over my goal of 8 inches at the time. But after a while my gains stopped and I had to hang huge hours and heavy weights to get anything. Than I hung for almost a year with out a gain so on the advice of Bigger I started hanging at different angles and was able to eek out another .5 inch but at this time my dick was getting pretty beat up and I was getting serious bruising so took a break for three months last summer and lost most of my bruising and some of my gain. I started with the wench and really liked it because I thought the bib was causing my bruising and all was going well until I missed my bib and started using it again and almost overnight the bruising was back so I stopped hanging the only hanging I have been doing since is just with TPS prototypes while he designed his hangers I would give him input. The final product(redi stretcher) is very nice easy to use hanger that hits the ligs and the tunica but so far I can’t find the time to get a routine going.

I only hang with 5pounds but it gives me a good fatigue

I only have one problem-if I do low erection downward jelqs after hanging some drops of blood come out of my penis. I do not feel any pain. Where comes the blood from? Should I worry about? Or just skip jelqing when I hang?

Should I only jelq on my hang-free days or before the hanging-sessions?

Here’s one post you could read, however when your only hanging 5 pounds it’s pretty strange. You may be attaching the hanger too tight or jelqing too rough. Do you get numb or cold glans when you hang?

I do not think that I am attaching the hanger too tight and I am jelqing like I used to.

After 15min my glans gets a little bit cold but I can still feel everything.

Maybe it is because I use an ir-light while hanging.

I think I am going to use the light only during the first 5 min and a little in between when I am doing many sets.

Do you guys think it’s better to hang one large session or split it up in half?

I’ve heard it’s better to do it all at once, but now I’m not so sure…

I didn’t have time to hang 6 sets yesterday, so I hung 3 in the morning and 3 before bed.(and wore lead weights during the day between.)

Well, I found on my second session I hit fatigue with less weight than I would on my last 3 sets of a 6 set consecutive session, and not only that but this morning I had to drop my max weight. I normally start with 12.5lbs, today I am starting with 10 and I already have fatigue on the first set! I think the spreading out of ones hanging sessions may be beneficial, perhaps not giving your dick a chance fully recover. Wearing the lead weights all day between sets may also have something to do with keeping the fatigue.

I usually hang in split sessions. I use a traction wrap in between sessions.

My dick is in a constant state of soreness. I don’t want to jinx it but I may have a quarter inch gain

in 4 weeks of heavy hanging. From my own experience I think it’s better to hang in split sessions for 2 reasons.

1) My dick is in a constant state of soreness

2) It keeps me motivated.

When I used to hang in one long session I would get bored easily and not want to continue much longer or the next day, because it was so damn boring.

For me wearing a traction wrap is just as good as wearing the lead weights.
