Glans really red after warmup

Is it normal for the glans to get really read? Its weird because its not the whole glans, just the size of a penny or dime in the middle. Was a shower warmup with water that wasn’t hot enough to cause discomfort on the body, but maybe it was too much for the cock? Is there a point where too much heat is bad even though it doesnt feel too hot?

How long does it stay red? Any discomfort? Sore to the touch? I doubt that the shower was hot enough to scald your glans, if it wasn’t too hot on your body.

When I was actively PE ing, and clamping and doing jelq squeezes, my whole penis and especially the glans would be quite red. But it was obvious engorgement, Not the red of a burn. The 2 conditions would, I’m sure, look different.
